Izuku Midoriya a small kid with a dream to because a Hero, but in this world 80% of the population has a power called a quirk and the other 20% are deemed quirkless and will not have a power, Sadly a sweet Cinnamon Roll will find that he is part of the 20% when his Mother and Twin Sister Izumi go to the quirk Doctor at the age of 4.
Doctor: Ms. Midoriya I have some good news and bad news which do you want to hear first
Inko: Ahhh Bad news please {I hope everything is alright and my kids aren't sick}
Doctor: Well I am sorry to say ma'am but your Son Izuku will not have a quirk but your daughter Izumi has a much more Powerful telekinesis quirk than you
Izuku froze at that moment time was dead he couldn't hear anything except the Doctors words say he is quirkless his dream of being a Hero was dead or so you think, Izumi hugged her brother and patted his head and so did his mother Inko
Izumi: Don't worry Onii-chan you can still be a Hero, a Hero that surpasses All Might because I believe in you
Inko: That's right my sweet baby boy you can be the best Hero ever
Izuku stopped being frozen and hugged his Sister and Mother crying a mixture of tears of sadness and happiness knowing that his family believes he can be a Hero, The Doctor looked amazed at what he just saw he has never seen this before
Doctor: Ms. Midoriya you aren't going to abandon your son or neglect him
Inko: Why would I do that and If you want me to I am calling The High-
Doctor: No No No Ms. Midoriya you got it all wrong, what I meant was I seen twins before with one not having a quirk and the parents just abandon them in my office and forces on the sibling with the quirk, but seeing you hug him and tell him he can be a Hero is new to me so I am sorry if it sound like I told you to abandon your son
The Doctor bowed apologizing for the way he worded his words when making the comment and Inko understood
Inko: It is quite alright and no I will not abandon my son I love him
Izumi: I will always be with Onii-chan because we will get married and be the greatest Heros ever
The Doctor smiled at them and they left, at home Izuku was still a little down so Izumi grabbed him and sat at the Computer with him to watch All Might's first appearance as a Hero which made Izuku desire and passion to be a Hero more
The next day at school Izuku and Izumi are at school and see their friends thw Bakugou Twins and Shoto Todoroki and walk up to them
Katsuki: Hey Izumi, Izuku
Izumi: Hey Kacchan, Sumi, Shoto
Katsumi: Hey Ichan why you look so down you ok
Izuku: We went to the quirk doctor yesterday day
The group looked at Izuku and Izumi hugs him, Katsumi was worried for Izuku but Katsuki and Shoto waited for more info with a plan up their sleeves
Shoto: So what are your quirks
Izumi: Onii-chan is quirkless
When Izumi said the the Tree friends had different thoughts
Katsumi thoughts: Ichan is Quirkless oh no, but I believe he can be a Hero still me and Izumi will help him, Don't worry Ichan we will protect you and help you become a Hero
