it is an o/c book (sorry) but i'm sure with some imagination you can pretend its y/n.

also, it is an exo ff. EXO and SHINee are the only idols included. other idol names are a coincidence, eg yeojin. i dont stan loona so i didn't even realise.

when a characters whole personality is a villainous bitch, it influences a lot of people to subconsciously dislike idols, which is unfair since it's fiction. especially girl groups, a lot of names are used as mean girls characters that you're supposed to hate (ahem red velvet, blackpink, twice...) so most side characters have made up names. as i said the only idols referenced/included are exo & shinee.

finally, it sends the wrong message to young readers when males are trustworthy but there's instantly hate on the females because they're backstabbers so if ur gonna hate on characters pls be my guest go for it but respectfully do it without sexism. & hate the characters not the writing bc that hurts <3
