Hours before the tank-class Neuroi attacked Tokyo. Back where our main characters separated to return to their respective homes

(Now is Mio and Daisuke)

Daisuke was not picked up by his parents because his father had to accompany his sick mother, so Daisuke and Mio decided to take the bus to Daisuke's house.

Inside the bus

Mio: so. Where your parents?

Daisuke: my father had to accompany my mother, she was sick. The doctor said his asthma recurred and had to be hospitalized

Mio: I'm sorry for your mother

Daisuke: it's okay, it's fine

A few hours later after the bus traveled all the way from Port Yokosuka and the journey made Daisuke and Mio sleepy and finally fell asleep. Daisuke's head leaned against the window, while Mio's head rested on Daisuke's shoulder

2 hours later

Finally they both arrived at Daisuke's house where Daisuke has a spare key and open the door of his house

Inside Daisuke's house

Daisuke: okay, welcome to my house, isn't ordinary and clean house like usually

Mio: wow, so modern, I can't believe the future would be like this

Daisuke: yeah, please have a seat and I gonna have an history telling to you about my family

Mio: Does your family have a long history? Cool

Then the two of them sat in the living room, Daisuke told about the origins of his family who were descended from Samurai, even though his country had a dark past story like colonizing other neighboring countries, including WW1 and WW2, and many more

Mio: wow, I don't know you have an amazing family history

Daisuke: let me show you something

Daisuke took out a sheathed sword and put it on the table

Mio: what is that?

Daisuke: This sword is a sword passed down from the Samurai era, used by my great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. This sword has become a very sacred family heirloom

Mio: It's very similar to my Reppumaru, Reppumaru is a magic sword that usually sucks magic power of witches

Daisuke: Reppumaru? Is a sword? I seem to know something, follow me

Mio followed Daisuke to the backyard and then into the warehouse

Daisuke: I found a very strange sword and it seemed to glow after I touched it and I don't know where it came from, it just stuck in my back yard

And right then and there, Daisuke took out the sword from its holder and Mio recognized the sword

Mio: it's Reppumaru!

Daisuke: what? That your sword?

Mio: yeah! Give it to me

Daisuke: okay

When Mio took out the sword from the scabbard, the sword glowed that Mio had magic power again, but it's impossible because she's already in her 20s there's no way she has magic power again
