Sabrina came running back years later, hoping I would believe her, but little did I know, she had gotten depressed again. "Miki! Where did I put my jacket?" Miki walks into the room. "I thought you left it in the car?" I sigh out of relief. "Thanks! You're a life saver!" Miki was my roommate, and she was a doctor. I couldn't help but feel lonely after Sabrina moved to Kentucky. "What do you want tonight?" One reason I liked Miki as a roommate was that she was not complicated, if she wanted something, she would say it with no hesitation. If you asked her something, she said yes or no, never an unclear answer. "I think I want salad. It's been a while since I had one." Ok... Salads for her, and burritos for me! "Alright. Have a good day at work!" She smiles at me, then exits. "I guess work starts at 10:00 this time... Gives me 3 hours to myself." All of a sudden, there was a knock on the door. Did Miki forget something? I open the door, and Sabrina is crying on my doorstep, along with a kid. "...." I knew who's kid that was, and I immediately knew the guy she had dated was a playboy. "Please! You've got to take me in! I promise I won't cheat again!" My anger exploded into a rage. "You said that last time! But you dated three years until coming here! Ask my neighbor if you can stay there!" I slammed the door, but immediately felt guilty, but by the time I opened the door, she was already walking to the neighbor's house. "Damn it!" I hesitate, but then make my final decision. "Sabrina!" She practically runs to the door. "Yes?" I look away, but I said my piece. "I... guess you can stay until you find someone." She immediately rushes inside. "Thank you!!"
