Dazai p.o.v

"Alright, i'll explain the case from the beginning," i paused for the go ahead

The police nodded as the go ahead

"So we'll start, right before the murder happened, so you saw a person as you said at the edge of the bridge, but you never saw chuuya, because chuuya was in yokohama, and you felt rage at that moment due to something that happened, before, that part in unknown to me at the moment. But you went over to talk to him since you did hear the first part of what he said that was true he did want to kill himself and he would've been killed if he went back, since he was apart of the port mafia," i paused to catch a breath,

Then i looked back up at the suspect who had his head on the table

"Yeah.. y-you're right so far," he whispered his head not lifting from the table,

"And so you took him to a place to eat, or that is what you told him, but instead you took him to a wear house where you grabbed a metal bat and smashed his skull in," i continued as i looked back at my lap and closed my eyes

The officer then looked in shock as she got up and said something

"I'm chisa yukizome, active duty, may i speak about the situation" she asked

"Yes you may, officer yukizome" i said giving her the go ahead

"So what you're telling me is, you took riku to a ware house and killed him then you felt he still wasn't dead, so you shot him making it look like it was something done by the.... Port mafia..." the black haired woman started of by yelling at hiromi then her voice trailed off in to a soft voice towards the end

"No, he didnt feel that riku wasn't dead, its that, riku didnt die on the first strike it took him a minute but he woke back up, hiromi realizing this, dropped the bat next to the shelf and put something next to riku making it look like he was hit by something that fell," i continued again re opening my dark brown eyes to look at hiromi

"Yeah thats right and after a took him to a roof and pushed him off into the street making it look like he jumped" hiromi lied again i caught on to the lie

"That is wrong, you did take him to the roof like you said but you brought a gun that you took from him, after greeting to the roof you took him to the edge and shot him 3 time in the chest, with that he fell onto the street, after he fell you went to the edge and throw the gun over making it look like he shot himself and fell," i said finishing the case

"How did you find that out, i don't understand," hiromi said quickly shooting his head up from the table and yelling at me

"If i didnt know any better i would have shot you," the blue eyed lady said as she looked at us tears staining her face

"Let me guess, ma'am" i said in a soft voice

"The man that was killed today was your son" i said i truly felt bad for her seeing as the riku was only 19

"Y-yeah, but tell me why would he have been killed if he went back to where ever that place was?" she asked voice soft not a lot of sternness

"Oh, he was most likely in the port mafia," i said i knew he was but i didnt want to tell her, that riku was probably responsible for several deaths

"Oh, alright, please excuse me," officer yukizome left the room for a moment,

Soon after officer yukizome left the room another officer came in,

" i am Miya koji, I'm here to take the culprit" the officer said

I nodded as hiromi stood up and walked over to the officer taking him away

They left the room so i decided to leave as well,

I walked out of the room, down the hall and out the front door, atsushi soon caught up to me

We walked in silence for a bit till we got to the train station

"So, atsushi, out of the conclusion i got, did you get the right person?" i asked my grey haired friend,

"Well kinda, i only solved half of the case" he said nervously

"Its okay, it was a hard case to solve," i said,

I then got a phone call from kouyo one of the 5 executives at the port mafia

One second atsushi i left the train car for a second to answer so i answered and got some news

After the phone call i went back to atsushi

The train stopped in the osaka station and the announcement went off

"We are now stopping at osaka station if you are getting off please exit from the right doors, thank you for taking this train" the announcement rang out

"Well atsushi, i will see you tomorrow," i said as i got up and walked to the train for kyoto,

"Ah, wait dazai!" atsushi shouted my name, i turned around to see if hw needed anything

"I thought your apartment was on the edge of yokohama" he sounded confused

"Oh well, im going to visit some one i'll be over at the office tomorrow," i lied, i didnt want him to ask questions on why i was going to Kyoto

And with that i left to the train going to Kyoto after i got on the train i pulled out my phone and dialed chuuya

*no answer*

*no answer*

I tried to call 37 times and each time no answer. As soon as the announcement started for kyoto station i ran out of the train and toward the hospital

As soon as i got there i was met with kouyo

"Kouyo, what happened?" i asked out of breath

"Chuuya passed out while we were on a job he should be done with what ever the doctor is doing now" the pink haired woman said

With that said the doctor came over to us

"Are you guys with chuuya nakahara?" he asked

"Yes we are" kouyo said fixing part of her kimono

"Alright, so chuuyas fine, but he might not live much longer"

aright!! that's another chapter done, and the story might be coming to and end soon but there will be others this book is more like a sample book i might re-write the book at some point but I'm not sure i kind like how its turning out i just wish i could've wrote more events before this point but i just don't want the whole meaning of the title to lose its meaning, so this is a more smaller book, ah, I'm sorry for rambling i will see you guys in the next chapter
