"McKenzie!" I heard snapping out of my trance...

"Huh..?"She scoffed "Now that someone has decided to join us I can hand out the information for next week's trip". Great, caught daydreaming in my science class. Some kid must have said something because several others started giggling away at each other. "Now, McKenzie since you have nothing else to do. why don't you hand them out.?" The diary I took for him and threw in the lake was payback for stealing something from my lunch the day before. "You know what it is." He spat back. I flicked his head "I don't though-" I rolled my eyes. Pushing his hand off of me and running. And just as I had suspected Alistair had been waiting for me. Hearing the clatter of the shoes behind me motivated me to speed up..
