So, totally cheating this part... But, I secretly didn't want to write the whole history of Earth before the world of Mearth came into being... although I might do, one day. I still have so many Mearthinian stories to go first ...
Meantime, Gideon Easton and I (you know Gideon well here on Wattpad :)) had planned to do a dystopian story together this summer. Then in April, KDP Vella announced this new program, similar to Wattpad. (Thanks to dtaylorbooks and lisasheaauthor for your updates on this.) And we thought we'd bring all worlds together. Now Gideon is Yandel Sinclair for his dystopian nom de plume (reads that way on his cape).
Thus, if you ever wondered what a GiderWez or Brookzeon YA apocalyptic adventure would look like, it turns out it's already gone LIVE, so I'm marking this moment, today, with an appropriate mention in my Worldbuilding book, although it's not a fully fae story (but, spoiler alert--there are mystical beings in it, hint, hint).

The sad part for now is that only US readers can see it. However, if you are in the US, I hear they're giving 200 free tokens to new Vella readers and the first three chapters are free, either way.
But it's really live!... And sample chapters are posted here as well as on our new Knights of Dystopia profile where we will do follow up standalone seasons next summer or two.

I'll try to write a more detailed post on this sometime and updates as well, but for now, I just had to say, WOW! It's really up! Very excited round here! :) Long time coming for this. Such an incredible honour to write with the unbelievable gideoneaston !
