➥ not necessary, but if your story has this, please type it down.

➥ i need to know what kind of vibe your story has so i can depict this in the graphic
05 ━━━ 〃 face claim
➥ this is who you want on the cover (for the manips, max 3 face claims. But for simple, as long as there is a picture that has the face claim(s) you want together, then there's no real limit)
06 ━━━ 〃 ideas
➥ give your own ideas on what you want me to incorporate in the graphic so i can find make it to your expectations and for  inspiration purposes too
07 ━━━ 〃 book summary
➥ adding this can really help me create the graphic as similar to the story because i will get a gist of what to expect in the story and hopefully portray this in the graphic. But it is not compulsory.
08 ━━━ 〃 colours
➥ if you want any specific colours, please fill this in.
09 ━━━ 〃 password
➥ i need this so i know you've read all the rules and payment thoroughly.
10 ━━━ 〃 tags
➥ you can tag as many people as you want, as long as they would be interested in requesting from my shop or at least would support me.

➥ sometimes Wattpad doesn't show people's work on their profiles, so please send me the link to your story to make sure it is actually published here on wp.

➥ send the links of pictures that you would like me to use or send some links for inspiration (it could be actual ready-done graphics or just resources, though please make sure these pictures are free for personal use before sending. ONLY THROUGH DMS FOR THIS STEP !!
