It was a normal day at beacon with cinder, emerald and neo. But they noticed one thing strange, mercury wasn't around.
"Does anyone know where mercury is?" Emerald asked. Neo shook her head and cinder was also curious as to where mercury went. "Let me call him, see where he's at." Emeraldsaid as a suggestion. When she tried to call him he didn't even pick up. "Honestly he probably went to get some food and didn't say anything. Cinder." Cinder suggested. Neo just shrugged her shoulders. They decided to go look for him, as soon they got there they noticed that he was no where to be found. "Ok where is this idiot cause its starting to annoy me." Cinder said annoyed. So they decided to get some information about some of the other students from a certain blondes scroll.
Emerald decided to fake bumping into him. "Oh sorry about that." Emerald said acting innocent. "Oh its fine I wasn't paying much attention." Jaune said. But he didn't realize is the transfer student took his scroll. "Too easy." Emerald said confidently. When they got back to the dorm they looked through his scroll they didn't find any useful information until they found a private folder. "What's this?" Cinder said. "It looks like a private folder but why a private one?" Emerald said curiously. When they looked in the folder all they found were different songs. "Music? Why would he put songs in a private folder?" Emerald asking having more questions than answers. Neo shrugged her then typed on her scroll, "Maybe we should listen to one of them."
"Cinder?" Emerald asked. Do whatever you want its probably not worth anything. Cinder said nonchalantly.
Neo picked a song called "Boy in the bubble" and they started it.

When the song ended emerald just looked in shock by how good Jaune was at singing but was also sad because it reminded her of her past. Neo on the other hand was almost a sobbing mess because not only she felt bad for jaune but it reminded her of her past before she met roman. "Well that was something" emerald said trying comfort neo. After a while neo sent roman the video.
WITH ROMAN
(Roman pov)
I was making sure that everything was running smoothly until I got a text message from neo. "What the?" Roman questioned. She was telling that she was crying about a song. And she also told me that it made emerald sad. I didn't understand why at first cause she listens to a lot music, what baffled me the most was that emerald was sad about it too. I was about to ask her what it that made the song her cry, until she sent the video she was watching. So I figured since I deserved a little me time I decided to see what the big deal is with this video decided to head to my "office" to listen to it.

When I finished the song I felt tears going down my face and I couldn't even stop because it reminded me of why I became a criminal. Then I understood why neo was crying about this song. It reminded her of her past. Then I told myself that soon I'm gonna leave them and take neo with me so we can start a new life. Away from all this.
After a good few minutes on how to plan this right I came up with a good plan.
"It's settled then, I'm gonna take neo and were gonna leave and start a new life for ourselves." Roman said with confidence and determination.
