Kabanata 9 | The Date...
After a long drive,Renuah stopped in front of a fine dining restaurant.
He open his car's door,saka sya umikot para pagbuksan ako ng pinto.
He smile and motioned his arms kaya nakangiti rin akong kumapit roon.
"Eyes on me only,babe."He said, almost a warning.
This act of him is somehow territorial but it gives me excitement and anticipation.
"Hmmm."I hummed as an answer to him.
Nang nakuntento sya sa naging sagot ko,naglakad kami papasok ng restaurant.
As a gentleman he is,he opens the restaurant's door for me.
Binungad kami ng employee ng may ngiti sa labi,kaya sinuklian ko ito...I just don't know what reaction Renuah gave.
"Any reservations, Ma'am,Sir?"She asked.
"Yeah,under the name of Renuah Climente."He said.
"Ahm, okay sir...This way."I can feel that the employee is somehow giddy,and I knew that act...I can see the similarities of Marie's behavior to her,she likes Renuah...
But somehow,she guided as in the VIP room.
Doon na ko na binalingan si Renuah.
"What's with VIP?"Bulong kung tanong.
He just nod to the employee before she left.
He faced me...
"Don't think about it,we must enjoy our lunch,hmmm?"Aniya.
Tumango nalang ako at umupo sa hinigit nyang upuan para sa akin saka inalis ang shoulder bag ko sa aking balikat at inilagay ito sa gilid ng aking upuan.
I thought he will be seated in front of me,but I'm wrong...Hinila nya ang upuan at itinabi ito sa akin.
Habang ginagawa nya iyon, nakatingin lang ako sa kanya at inaabangan ang mga gagawin pa nya.
"Ba't ang lapit mo?"I curiously asked.
Ngumisi lang sya sa akin,and he handed me a Menu.
I received it at dito ko na ibinaling ang atensyon ko.
"No grass for you,okay?...Have a heavy meal for now, just for now."He pleaded.
Labag man sa loob ko,pinili ko nalang na pagbigyan sya...Ngayon lang naman.
"Okay."I genuinely answered.
I scan the list of food and I just decided to have a T-bone steak and a cranberry juice.
"You want more?"Renuah inquired when the waiter is in our table to take our orders.
Umiling lang ako...I scan the place and I cannot deny that the place is so classy having the minimal design that gives a perfect ambiance to place.
"You like the place?"I just felt his hands encircled above my waist.
"Hmmm,the design is minimal at the same time they used an intricate design that make the place more welcoming."Kumento ko.
He smiled,saka sya mas lumapit sa akin.
He kissed my forehead saka nya pinagalaw ang isang kamay papuntang kaliwang kamay ko.
"You're so clingy."Kunwaring inda ko.
"Hmmm..."He groaned. "Why,you don't want me being clingy?"Pabulong nya sa tenga ko.
I stippled a smile,saka ako umiling.
"It's not that,but we are in a public place, Renuah."Pagdadahilan ko kahit wala naman akong pakialam sa sasabihin ng ibang tao.
My words didn't stop him to keep doing those things to me, instead he even make his body more compress to mine.
"It's just the workers,babe...And if others will see us in this state,I don't care."Paos nyang sabi and I got shocked when I felt him nibbling my neck.
"R-Ren-ahh."I didn't stop myself blurting a small sound of my moan.
I heard him chuckled before he settle his chin into my shoulder.
"I'm turn-on... Your moan is a holy."Dagdag nya saka nya inalis ang kamay nya sa kamay ko at inilagay ito sa aking binti,sabay haplos rito.
Million of voltage erupts into me,just by hearing those words and feeling his touch to me. I felt like my cheeks is burning.
"Here is your order, ma'am,sir... Enjoy your meal."Magiliw na sabi ng waiter na nag-alis sa akin sa apuhap.
"Thank you."Renuah said,but with the tone of blast.
"I'll slice your steak."paalam nya saka nya kinuha ang plato ko.
"Eat now,babe."Aniya sa akin na parang wala syang ginawang nagpatayo ng balahibo ko.
I cleared my throat, and just decided to contemplate with my food.
I am half way finishing my steak when I felt so full,kaya ibinaba ko na ang kubyertos na hawak ko at pinunasan ang labi ko.
I carried my glass of juice and drink it.
"You're done?"He asked, dangerously.
"I'm full already."Sagot ko.
"You barely eat, Zoya!"He insisted.
I bit my lips and didn't dare to look into his eyes.
"Fuck!... Huwag mong kagatin ang labi mo, I'm already horny."Aniya gamit ang nahihirapang boses.
What?!
Agaran kung tinanggal ang pagkakagat ko sa labi ko at tumuwid ng upo.
I was like a kid, being lamented having a bad doings.
"I'm sorry...I just want to you to eat properly... Forget what I said about me being horny,babe."Malamyos nyang saad.
"But I'm full."I keep on affirming him.
Umiling sya at parang hindi nya ako pinapakinggan.
"Susubuan kita... Weather you like it or not."He said,and I was lost of words.
Renuah being Renuah,he keeps on gently shoving food in my mouth...And he barely eat.
Until we are done having our lunch,we headed back into the car.
"Do you want to go somewhere?"He seriously asked.
"Wala naman...Ikaw na bahala."Sagot ko.
He maneuvered the car and when we are heading into the road, bumaling sya sa akin.
"Pupunta tayo sa bahay,namin."He stated.
"Ok-" I stopped mid-sentence when I realized what he had said. "S-Sinong nasa bahay,n-nyo?"I nervously asked.
"My family...You will meet my family,babe."He casually said.
I am not yet ready...Paano kung ayaw nila sa akin...Paano kung hindi nila ako tanggap...Anong gagawin ko.
"They will like you... Don't overthink,babe...My family is good."He opted.
I heave a deep breath and tried to relax but I didn't,I can't...
Pinagpapawisan ako ng malamig...He will present me as his girlfriend in his family... While I can't do that, because no one in my family is alive to witness my first ever boyfriend.
The only way for me to calm is to persuade myself that, Renuah is a great man....So maybe,he was raised by a good family...Maybe.
