HC10- When he's sick

(Imma try to add a little storyline to this one to see how it goes ^^)

• Surprisingly, it is very rare that Hunter gets sick but when he does, it lasts a while

• You found him walking by your house while on coven duty but something was off about him that day, he seemed to be stumbling over his feet and not acting like his usual self

• Once you saw Hunter take a fall on the edge of the pathway by your house you immediately rushed to his side, practically sliding in putting your hand on his shoulders he jolted and looked up to your face

• When he realized it was only you he relaxed in your arms and just laid there until you scooped him up

• You slung his arm over your shoulder and brought him slowly up the walkway to your house so you could sit him on your couch

• Taking his mask and hood off you noticed his face was very pale except a bit of blush over his nose and cheeks, you felt his forehead and noticed he was burning up really badly

• Hunter didn't want to tell you that he was feeling sick because he didn't want you to worry about him, he's a tough coven guard remember?

• Also, he was scared of what Emperor Belos would've thought if he was sick and off duty because of it, so he decided to keep working hoping the sickness will just go away eventually

• All you wanted to do was to march up to the Emperors castle and smack that little beach right across the face for making Hunter feel this way

• You welcomed (more like forced) Hunter to stay with you until he got better even though Hunter insisted otherwise

• "You took care of me when I was sick, now it's my turn to take care of you. Please, let me help"

• Hunter hesitated at your offer but then slowly nodded laying back on your couch with a sigh knowing he wasn't going to win an argument when he clearly was sick and couldn't function properly

• You then quickly ran to get some medications and a cold damp cloth with some popsicles of his favorite flavor to help with the fever, you remembered he did that for you when you were sick and it somehow worked really well to bring the fever down

• (you had to keep your little demon pet away from Hunter while he was sick because you didn't want them getting sick too)

• You rushed back to him who was now fast asleep on the couch, poor dude he gets so overworked it's crazy he deserves a good nights sleep

• Putting on a mask, you make your way to his side and rub his shoulder to wake him up which he does with a groan, he turns his head to you and gives a faint smile, the way you care for him is crazy he loves you so much

• You give him his meds (much to his dismay) and put the rag gently on his forehead while giving him a popsicle

• You didn't tell him this but he looked so cute with the little setup he had, popsicle in his mouth with the rag over his eyes, he looked like he was having a spa day

• Then letting him rest, you prepared things like as he would if you were sick

• Unlike you when you were sick, he was much more stubborn when it came to doing things like going outside or getting up for food

• You couldn't blame him tho, being sick truly sucks

• He practically begs you for cuddles, he wants you to hold him and play with his hair similarly to what he did for you

• It's so cute you're just a big of a sweetheart as he is when it came to taking care of him when he was sick

• Anything he needed, you got for him and also sometimes risked getting sick by giving him a couple of quick kisses to his forehead when he was asleep (because if he was awake he would've lectured you and say he doesn't want to see you sick again)

• To cheer him up and to get him distracted from the sickness, you put on his favorite show or play board games with him ( he's quite competitive so letting him win board games would improve his mood)

• Each night he's sick you fall asleep in each other's arms on your bed since the couch didn't fit both of you, you whisper how much you love him while he snuggles into your neck with you rubbing his back as he falls asleep
