So basically, when madirakshi was falling shivika sees her and take her to hospital where doctor told them that she lost her eyesight and she can't see. Madirakshi didn't wanted to tell her family and specially Ashish this coz they will be broken hearing this so she lives with shivika in london and calls them Bhaiya and bhabhi.
