Today was the day that he trial was to take place, we didn't expect it to be this fast but here it is. Wille help my mother pay for the lawyer who can assure us that Hugo will get put into jail, Sara and Wilhelm will have to speak on the podium.

" Simon are you ready?" Mom asked me as I fixed my tie

" as ready as I'll ever be, gonna be hard seeing him again" I said and sighed

" this will be the last time you'll see him ok, he's going to be locked up" she said and I nodded

we headed out to the car and began to drive out to the court, I've only ever been here once when my mum and dad where getting a divorce, when we arrived Wilhelm was standing with his two bodyguards beside he as he wore a navy suit and tie.

" Linda this Raymond your lawyer, best one I could find to help us with the case" Wilhelm said and we shook the mans hand

" great to meet use, I've been informed with the case and what's happening, with all the evidence against Hugo we shouldn't be in here long but don't quote me on that" he said and we headed into the court room

On one side was Hugo and his lawyers and then on the other side was me and my lawyers with Wilhelm and Sara.

" everyone rise" they said as the judge walked into the room

we all sat down as soon as the judge sat and cleared her throat fixing her collar.

" please welcome the jury, The defendant Hugo Slavio and his lawyer Mr James Mandon and the victim Simon Young and his Lawyer Raymond brown" she said and I looked around the room to see many people.

" I call Crown Prince Wilhelm the witness to the stage please, do you swear to say the truth and nothing but the truth?" She asked and Wilhelm nodded

Hugo's lawyer approached the stand were Wilhelm was sitting clearing his throat.

" what is your relationship status with Simon?" He asked

" we are boyfriends" Wilhelm said and gave me a promising look

" so has he ever seemed like the type to make up a ridiculous lie?" He asked

" no he's never been the type to make something up like this" he said and the lawyer laughed

" well how long have you exactly known him? Three? Four months at the most. That's all your honour thank you" he said and sat down leaving Wille on the stand

" Wilhelm you may sit and I know call Hugo the defendant to the stand" she said and said the exact same thing to Hugo like she did to Wilhelm

" we have some photo evidence of the underwear that had Hugo's DNA mixed in with the blood, as you can see by the photo here provided by the police" he said and pointed out that underwear which I heard a few people from the jury gasp

" if we look again these are the bruises, cuts and marks left all of our victims body, picture A is his stomach which was the worst for bruising, picture B is his legs and bottom with where covered in cuts which clearly indicate that he would've had put up a fight"

" we also have here a picture of Hugo's neck and cheeks which again prove that there was a struggle involved" my lawyer said and Hugo looked white.

" finally we have the camera evidence for the school, we can clearly see Hugo dragging Simon into the bathroom where the rape took place, and 15 minutes later he walks out alone and a following ten minutes Simon walks our clearly in distress" he said and moved away from screen

" let me ask, Hugo did you rape and assault Simon? Did you do these crimes on th-"

" your honour I object"

" objection overruled, please continue Mr brown" she said and he nodded

" did you rape and assault him?" He asked again and he didn't answer, the judge excused Hugo back to his seat

" ok I think that the jury have came up a with a verdict" judge said and one member stood

" we find Mr Hugo Slavio guilty of rape and Sexual assault against Simon young"'they said and sat back down

" the court has here by found Hugo Slavio guilty of rape and second assault, you will complete one year in juvenile and the next 19 in a men's prison with no possibility of parole , and when you shall be released you'll will be added to the sex offender list" she said and banged her mallet on the table

Two police men hand cuffed Hugo and immediately took him away to be sent to his prison

" he's gone baby, you don't have to worry anymore"
