He was now sitting in his car, driving towards the hospital in his high speed, his eyes clouded with tears, but he least cared about it and drove towards the hospital, but his mind automatically recalled the moment when the news of his wife's death hit him hard after 8 hours of struggle leaving her in the operation theater. He didn't leave her a minute after she opened about her health condition to him, the operation took place exactly after 5 days after that incident. But he had hopes in his heart that she will come back to him as a fighter but when the doctor nodded helplessly at him after 8 hours inside the ward, his brain stopped work, he lost it, completely lost it. He was at the same place, stuck. He forgot about everyone, even about his son who didn't stop crying for a while. But he couldn't stop himself to see her for the last time, but that sight still haunting him. He saw his wife in the stage where nobody wanted to see their close ones like that.

He stopped the car in the parking lot and emerged out to the hospital, he was still in his nightclothes, he didn't change, his heart beating against his chest and he was running inside the hospital at the same speed when he ran out of the hospital for the last time after seeing her face, this time, he badly wanted his expectation to come out true, this time, he prayed every god not to disappoint him, he had seen enough in his life, if it turns out false, he might even give up on his existence.

"Shivaay, Shivaay Singh Oberoi, Dr. Peter called me." He said in a rush to the receptionist. Without even replying to him, she called a number and the next moment she was accompanying him to the Doctor's cabin.

"Take me to the ward." He bashed at the receptionist. Soon, the doctor emerged out from his cabin with a terrified face, shivaay finds some hope in his terrified face, he knew if everything turned out as truth, he would sue everyone and everything until this whole hospital shut down permanently.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, DOCTOR?" He thundered, he gritted his teeth eventually it started to shiver in fear, tears crossed his eyes along with spitting fumes.

"Mr. Oberoi, I can explain. It was our mistake, we have no idea how everything got interchanged, also both of the patients are Indian." He tried to calm him down, his heart started to calm down, but his brain was not ready to calm down.

"SHUT THE HELL UP, DOCTOR. INTERCHANGED, THAT'S WHAT THE EXCUSE." He shouted at him with red-shot eyes.

"Mr. Oberoi, we have no idea," he said. But his senses urged him to see everything with his own eyes and decide.

"WHERE IS MY WIFE?" He thundered with his next question. Dr. Peter walked with him towards the ward, he didn't speak anything but Shivaay couldn't wait for another moment. He was in his weak stage, if anything went wrong somewhere, he won't be able to oversee that situation. But when the doctor opened the ward, his breath choked and he was taken back at the vision, he recalled he was sleeping for a while he didn't want anything to end up like a dream. It was his wife who was termed as dead, now laying in the bed with her eyes closed. He couldn't take a step from the door, his feet jammed. But his hand yearned to cup her face and feel her, he wanted to assure that he was not dreaming. Up to his utmost effort, he dragged himself to the bed and touched her with his trembling hands, she's warm and he witnessed the eyeball moment inside her closed lids and in a few seconds, her eyes went wide open. Soon tears welled up in her eyes looking at him.

"It's you. It's you. Please tell me, I am not hallucinating." He asked her, she didn't reply but continued looking at him. He knows he looks worse, worst without her. But that didn't stop him from kissing her all over her face, his lips touched the warmness of her skin and he still couldn't able to believe his fate, he again busted out holding her hand and hugging her, resting above her in her shoulder, he knew she's weak and woke up from coma while ago but he couldn't stop himself after assuming her to death, performing last rites to some other woman and living his life, hallucinating her for the complete two years. When the hallucinations stopped arriving, she came to his life as a real person, alive. She's right, their story is twisty, over then, he felt her hands holding his back, shivering. Tears rushed out from his eyes feeling her again.
