Ingredients:
-2 sticks of lemongrass
-1 thumb of ginger
-2 cups of boiling water
Steps:
Use a pestle and mortar to lightly bruise the lemongrass to release their natural fragrance and oils, then place them into a small teapot. Thinly slice the ginger and add it to the teapot too. Fill the teapot with the boiling water and leave it to infuse for 5-10 minutes before drinking.
