Akela (Avengers x wolf)

Chapter 2

Third person PoV

"They have a fucking wolf" Natasha said through the coms

"What!" Tony and Steve said at the same time

"I hacked into hydras system and found a secure file" Nat explained

"They've been experimenting on a wolf" Nat added

"Ok everyone spread out and find where this wolf is kept" Tony told us

All the avengers separated and started searching the base.

Steve's PoV

After separating from Tony I made my way through the base until I came upon a blood trail that was on the floor I decided to follow it until it led me to couple of cages.

I almost gagged because of the stench of blood and feces that littered the place I searched most of the cages and the last cage was unlocked and the floor was covered in blood I stepped further in to see claw marks a muzzle was laying in the corner.

"I think I've found where the wolf was kept" I said into the coms

"Was kept" Tony questioned

"I mean it's not in here there was blood all over the floor and the cage was unlocked" I said to him

"Shit" I heard Tony curse

"Do not even say it capisicle" Tony told me

Clint's PoV

"We need to catch that wolf before it gets out into the public" Tony said through the coms

*GROWL*

I turned around still holding my bow in my hand. I saw a bloody wolf it looked emaciated and looked like it was in pain. It started growling at me baring its teeth.

"Guys I've found the wolf" I said to the team through the coms

"Where is it" Tony said

"Its right In front of me" I said to them

"What do I do it's growling at me" i asked them

"Don't engage unless it attacks you" Tony said

The wolf started moving towards me I backed up slowly there was no chance I was gonna stand here and let it strike first to I slowly moves my hand to grab an arrow.

Akela's PoV

I ran through the hallways trying to find a way out my leg was in so much pain but I had to ignore it I need to get out of here.

I ran and ran until I turned a corner and saw a male he dressed in a weird outfit he was holding some sort of bow he was facing away from me.

I growled at him he turned to face me he had a shocked expression and started talking.

"Guys I've found the wolf" he said

"It's right in front of me" he said I started growling

"What do I do it's growling at me" he asked someone

He stopped talking and turned his attention to me I kept growling unsure if he was a threat or not.

He started backing up slowly i moved towards him baring my canines I noticed he moved one of his hands behind his back and quickly pulled out his bow and arrow and pointed it at me that's when I lunged and bit into his ankle he fell down in pain I didn't think twice I ran until until I saw light.

I kept running towards the light until I saw a open door which led to outside I limped out. My paws felt the soil for the first my face felt the warm sun for the first time and it felt good I stood there for a couple of minutes until I heard shouting

"Take him to the jet" someone quietly said but I could still hear them.

I turned around to see a male and the one who I bit being held up by a female in a black suit.

I growled at them I heard a loud whistle behind me I perked my ears up and turned around to see a man in a metal suit.

"Now" the metal suit man shouted

I yelped as I felt something sharp hit my injured leg I growled and jumped at the man in the metal suit and knocked him over and ran into the forest I heard shouting in the distance.

I ran as far as I could my paws where bloody and sore my back leg was in so much pain I slowed down and started to limp.

I kept limping until I saw a stream ahead I limp to it and lapped at the water once I had enough i started to walk looking for somewhere I can rest.

After a tiring hour of I came upon a small cave so I decided to enter it and lay down and rest I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Third person PoV

The avengers arrived back at the facility they exited the jet Nat was helping clint walk as he was limping on his foot which Bruce bandaged up when the arrived at the jet.

"Take him to the med-bay" Tony told Nat

20 minutes later

"What the hell happened!" Fury shouted

"I received a phone call telling me one of my agents was bitten my a wolf" fury said

"Sir all we know is that they have been experimenting on a wolf and now the wolf has escaped" Steve explained

"We did use a Tranquilliser but did didn't work" Steve added

"What do you mean it didn't work" fury said

"I don't know Sir" Steve said

"sir I managed to hack into their system and grabbed the file" Nat said and handed him the file he started to read it and passed it to Tony who then passed it to Steve

"I want this wolf found now before it attacks someone else" fury commanded them

They left furys office and went to the med-bay to check on clint once when they arrived they saw clint laying on a bed while Bruce was bandaging his ankle

"How's birdbrain doing" Tony said

"He's fine, I've cleaned out the wound and stitched" Bruce told them

"I've also gave him an injection just in case the wolf had any diseases and I've given him some pain medication" Bruce added

"I'm fine guys stop fussy" Clint said

"Clint that wolf could have killed you today" Nat told him crossing her arms Clint rolled his eyes

"Anyway What did fury say" Clint asked

"Let's say he was pissed he wants that wolf found" Tony said

"what are we gonna do" Clint asked

"We're gonna catch it"
