"Darington's parents died when he was 2 at a stunt. His Uncle Mari and Aunt Juana took him in, even when they didn't want to, and abused him verbally and physically. They made him stay in the attic and ignored him. At age 6, Mari molested him and almost raped him, but the cops were nearby, so he was safe. Juana took him to a gay club to set him up as a stripper like her (but she's straight) and got him molested by more guys. By age 7, the police arrested Juana and Mari, but Darry ran away to not get placed in the awful orphanage (they abuse kids there)
He was bullied at school for being an orphan. Word had arrived that he had also been a stripper, which made some of the teachers look down at him as if he was dirty. Other teachers molested him as well, using the advantage of his lack of intelligence for him to bargain grades with his body.
He struggled through it all and worked hard (in a better place, not the Club) and managed to graduate from high school, with help from Stripes and Starla (who is his 3rd cousin). By college, the trio went to one course and that was racing, but he managed to become a stunt truck and a racer."
