2- First kiss

It was lunch. I usually sat behind the stairs of the school. "Good thing I packed a lunch last minute..." I mumbled

It was a simple sandwich, bologna and an apple (I actually ate this everyday at school for a whole year ;-; #poor) I wonder if I should go study my opponents game methods. Nah, that'll be cheating, I'll never even pass the washrooms before being caught

Man, is this what my life is going to be like? For the next couple decades. Just Shogi?
Maybe I'll quit soon. "Hey Y/n, how are you?"

A voice stopped my thoughts. I look up, it was Hotaru. The 3rd year. "Oh, hello Hotaru-senpai, I'm doing well, thank you" I slightly bow my head

He sat down beside me and sighed
"Trouble in class?" I ask. He chuckled "I would say that, now, what have I said about sitting here, you know you aren't allowed" he glanced

I smile "But it's not like you actually stopped me. It's been months since you told me Hotaru" I smile "hm, I guess"

"I'm guessing you lost the match?"
Like last night, I stayed silent. "Ah, sorry kid" he patted my hair. "Eh..." I shrug

As much as I do want to talk about it, I think that'll just bother him more...
"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked
I shrug "I dunno..." "you sure?"
I nod

"Alright. You know you can talk to me right?" He put his hand on top of mine. I look at him, he was staring into my eyes. What's happening?- "Y/n, I'll always be here for you"

What's this cheesy stuff he's saying...
"I'm o-okay Hotaru, I'm fine" I slightly move my hand. This is slightly weird

"Y/n, look at me" he gently put his hand on my jaw, moving me to his face. Oh no, I know what going to happen. "Um, Hotaru-senpai..."

"Y/n~ You know what I'm about to do..." He slightly smiled. I do know what you're about to do. And I'm not going to let it happen.
"I do....I do like you, you know that right?"

He continued "You are the most interesting person I know, you're beautiful. I just need to tell you this, I like you..."
"Hotaru..." I sort of feel bad for not having the same feelings... "Hotaru-Senpai, I-I don't know what to say..."
"Shh...shh...I know" tf you mean you know-

He started closing in. Holding my wrist tight and leaning. Using all my strength to move, I couldn't what does this guy do to get so strong?! I can't get out of this

Not to mention, THIS IS MY FIRST KISS. HE IS GOING TO STEAL IT. NO. "Hotaru, no-please I said no." I whisper I said it again but louder
"Hotaru- I said no." I said more demanding
"Oh, come on y/n, why not?" He smiled now getting closer than ever

"Hotaru! I said no" I slightly yell. Then, he was on top of me, again attempting to kiss me. "I love you..." he whispered, then, he stole my first kiss

I may be old school with this- but I wanted my first to be special, with the person who I think deserves my trust and love. And Hotaru ruined that...

Small tears running down my face, he was deepening the kiss. I squirm my hand out and push him over "H-hey! What was that for" he huffed "I said. No."
"Oh come on, you know you liked it~" he smirked. He shuffled towards me

"Just enjoy the moment"
He again grabbed my writs, moving them above my head. Kissing me once again. I don't like this "Hota-mm- I said- no!" I start kicking around trying to get out of his grip

"Hey, they said no" I hear someone else shout. Hotaru turned around and scoffed "Look, junior just mind your own business"
He looked at me about to do it again

The person kicked him in the back. Pushing him over and kicked him again "Oh You're so dead" he smiled He'll hurt him! Hotaru grabbed the guy charging him into the wall

He then kneed his stomach and punched his chest. "Hotaru! Leave him alone!" I scream
He looked at me and left. He didn't even say anything or showed any kind of emotion at that moment.

I quickly shuffled to the boy, he was hunched over, clenching his stomach. "Hey! Hey! Are you alright?" I ask. He nodded "A-are you sure?"

I went to my backpack and grabbed a water bottle. "Here, have some water" His dark black hair and glasses, it's Rei Kiriyama.

"Kiriyama-San?"
I was sort of shocked. What's he doing here?
"Y-you don't need the formalities...it's alright"

"But are you alright?!" I say
He nodded "are you?"
He sure seems stubborn...
