Chapter 5

your pov

Alice is laying on a rock and Cindy starts crying thinking Tommy die you pull her in a hug and she starts crying on your shoulder in till you all hear heavy breathing. "Do you guys hear that." Alice asks us "Yeah." i said "He's still alive?" Cindy says "He can't.. he can't get us." Alice says all worried "He can't it's impossible." I say. We sit there in silence, CIndy is holding my hand and has her head on my shoulder and I put my head on top of her head. Then Cindy gets up to figure a way out. "It's some kind of cavern. I don't know. It sees to just.. go on forever." She tells us "We don't care. Well I don't care, I don't know about Y/n." Alice says and I just stay quiet still trying to process what happened,Cindy sighs and walks back to us "Alice and Y/n, can you guys please just..help me?" she tells us I don't say anything "What, you're just gonna pretend that everything's ok?' Alice asks Cindy and I just look at them, Cindy starts breathing heavily and then she sits down "Alice, I just.." Cindy says "Tommy split Arnie's head in half, Y/n was getting drag by Tommy. Do you realize that?" Alice tells her then Cindy starts to sob 'Please, can you guys just help me?" she says "With what?" Alice yells at her then she gets up then I get up and Cindy is still sitting on the rock "This shit weighs, like, a million pounds. I thought you got an A in physics." Alice tells Cindy "We have to get out." Cindy says to Alice "Well, tough shit." Alice says "Because we can't. We're gonna die down here. Just like Arnie" Alice says "Son of a bitch." I say then they look at me then Alice looks back at Cindy. "No, no, We have to get out!" Cindy says as me and Alice walk away "We have to!" she says walking towards us "Those names on the wall, they didn't stop with one murder. Seven, nine, fifteen people. Those were serial killers. The campers... My.. my sister, they're up there." she says "Alex and Lexie." I say worried

Cindy pov:

Y/n look really worried and scared for her siblings. "If they figure out I came out to the woods with you guys they will kill me. Then they will blame my siblings death on me and i'll never forgive myself. And if i die they'll just make Alex and Lexie feel bad for themselves and they'll think they were terrible siblings." Y/n says with a low voice but for me and Alice to her what she said. "Now so is he." I say to them "I thought you didn't believe in the witch." Alice asks me "Yeah i don't! I... The.. There must be some... some explanation." I tell her. Alice scoffs "Oh my god, you are fucking unbelievable, Cindy ok?" Alice tells me " He was possessed!" Alice yells at me "Maybe.. Maybe he took a pill or-" I get cut off by Alice "No!" Alice says "No! Cindy, No!." Alice says "It wasn't the fucking Tylenol, alright?" Alice says "Cindy tylenol can't fucking do that ok! It was the fucking witch that possessed your perfect boyfriend alright! God! Why can't you fucking see that?!" Y/n yells at me I look at her, i never thought she would yell at me, we look at each other she looks like she wants to punch someone or something. 'Exactly! Thank you y/n! It was the witch. Alright,we saw those names." Alice says walking to me "And that.. that ritual, the witch is real CIndy." Y/n says not moving from where she was. "And she's doing some.. some fucking spell shit and possessing people. Ok? Every name on that rock. And Mary knew it alright?" Alice says

"She knew it. And it's all right here." Alice tells CIndy "This isn't real!" Cindy yells and slaps the book out of Alice hands. "You want an explanation? Well, here it is. Ok? She looked for the hand bone to fucking stop the curse, to save Shadyside, but she couldn't find it. Wanna know what she did find?" Alice says "Ok Alice that's enough." I say to Alice then she looks at me "No Y/n! I'm gonna tell her ok. She needs to know that the witch is real ok and i don't-" Alice says but i interrupted her "OK ALICE TELL HER THEN! TELL EVERYTHING THAT WE KNOW!" I yell at Alice "Your boyfriend's name in that fucking wall." Alice says "No" Cindy says "So she tried to kill him." Alice kept going "Stop." Cindy said "Which I also would've done, if I knew there was a chance that Tommy fucking Slater would ax my boyfriend in the fucking head!" Alice yells "Listen! Shut up!" Cindy yells and pushes Alice, I ran to her hugging her "There we go. That's the Cindy Berman I knew." Alice says then Cindy walks away "Hey, where are you going?" Alice ask "To find another way out. Don't follow me" Cindy says "Don't come back here alright?" Alice tells her as Cindy walks away from us "Alright, do you hear me? Don't come back!" Alice yells at her again "I should follow her huh?" I ask her "Yeah at least she's not mad at you. Plus you like her so go." Alice says "What! No! I don't like Cindy. What makes you think that- you know what don't answer that question." I say. I walk around to find Cindy then I see a light "Hi" I say touching her shoulder making her jump 'Jesus y/n!" she says "Sorry" I say "It's fine." she says taking my hand.
