"I thought it was my prerogative to skip Council meetings," Jungkook pulls out a chair and sits in front of Taehyung, who before that had a peaceful breakfast in his favorite restaurant.

"I was just too lazy to go," Kim pushes the plate away from him and stares intently at the opponent.

Jungkook asks for an americano and, ignoring the fact that they are sitting in the non-smoking area, takes out a cigarette.

"So why are you here? The coffee here is tasteless, so it's unlikely that you came for it." Taehyung continues to glance at the alpha and awaits an answer.

"I want to talk to you about Jimin," Kim immediately frowns but does not interrupt. "Just a couple of weeks ago in the club, you proved to me your love for my brother, I want to find out how much this love has grown stronger," Jeon grins and thanks the waiter for the coffee.

"The head of the second House, apparently, has no other business, since he decided to discuss my personal life."

"Your personal life concerns my brother, so do not waste your words and tell me what you have in mind."

"Nothing, we are still dating, and everything is fine with us."

"Seriously? That is why you did not meet him yesterday? Listen, I don't give a damn about you, and I'm the first to throw a handful of ground on the coffin of your relationship, so be kind and remove your claws from him yourself before I uproot them."

Taehyung thinks. His relationship with Jimin has long faded. Kim has no particular desire to continue this farce, called a relationship. But the alpha is cowardly, not in front of Jungkook, who really can fulfill his every threat, but is afraid of Jimin. He deliberately puts off the conversation about breaking up, not wanting to hurt him. At the same time, he also doesn't want to speed up the reprisal against himself, while he and Junsu are not ready to fight. But Jungkook already knows everything. He is not a fool and realized that Taehyung is no longer interested in Jimin. There is practically nothing to lose for Taehyung, he can only try to buy time.

"Let's be honest," Taehyung brazenly takes a cigarette from a pack of Jungkook's Marlboro. "I liked Jimin at first glance, and everything went pretty well, but you know, feelings come and go. I won't lie to you - the interest that I had in Jimin at the beginning faded. But I still hope that we can rebuild this bonfire. I don't want to lose him like that. I hope you understand."

"I understand perfectly. You'll leave your memorized speeches to Jimin, he may believe them. I know what you are up to, you are trying to win time. But your time is up," Jungkook gets to his feet. "Talk to Jimin, and break up."

"I'll talk," Taehyung understands that he's done for. By losing Jimin, he's actually losing the only reason that's keeping Jungkook from going against him. "I'm sure you are incredibly happy about this," Kim curls his lips in a smile.

"I'm very glad: I don't want my brother to cry at the grave of such a freak like you. Don't drag it, talk to him as soon as possible. Jimin is a big boy, he will suffer a little and find another alpha. And this," Jungkook sharply raises his fist and hits the alpha in the face. Taehyung silently reaches for a napkin and puts it on his nose. " is for playing with him."

"I agree, I deserve it." Kim throws his head back to stop the bleeding.

"You can rest assured that it will only get worse," Jungkook spins around and leaves the restaurant surrounded by his people. Taehyung immediately reaches for the mobile and dials Junsu.

"I think we need to meet urgently."

Yoongi is standing in front of the Royal Group building and is happy that he is on the street for the first time in a while. He inhales deeply, tries to remember the picture, so that later when he is again locked inside, there is something to remember, and something to dream about. The joy of temporary freedom is overshadowed by the fact that they brought him out into the street to have dinner with Jungkook. Yoongi stomps on a marble staircase, can't stop looking at the evening sky, and even smiles at how he enjoys just the noise of cars. Next to the omega are two big alphas with walkie-talkies, they walk around, peer into the distance all the time, apparently waiting for the boss, and occasionally exchange words with each other.
