THANKFULLY, HELP ARRIVED SOON AFTER POPE LEFT TO GET IT. Everything after that seemed to fuzz into a blurb in Rein's mind, she didn't even remember going back to crash at the Chatêau instead of her own house that night.
Everyone but the two Pogues girl's were passed out around the Château. Pope and JJ had both taken up John B's room after the two girls claimed the pullout couch for themselves. Everyone was too down to cause an argument on who slept where.
The group just hoped that their friend ended up being okay and check out of the hospital with only minor injuries. None of them thought to accompany him in the ambulance ride after Sarah jumped into the vehicle, which probably would have been a good idea do they weren't left to wonder if John B ended up being as okay as the paramedics said he would be.
Rein had stolen a pair of sweatpants and t-shirt from John B's closet so she wouldn't have to sleep in the dress she still had on from Midsummers. Kie having the same idea and stealing clothes for herself too. Both girls had plans in their minds to return home when morning arose itself to change into their own clothes, or sharing the Partens girl's clothes if Kie decided not to go home.
