Sita leaned onto the side of the aircraft, peeping out of it slightly to see the sight below. Endlessly extending water glistening in the light of the day provided her the warmth that she had missed while she had been in Lanka. She smiled when she saw birds flying high up in the air, so close that she could perhaps even pet them if she extended her arm far enough.
She saw the big blobs of white fluff float tantalizingly close to her, and felt like running her hands through them. She looked up a little, squinting and her smile widening when she saw the sun shining brightly, almost as if Surya was happier on that day than he was on most others.
Rama spotted his wife, and he felt like he was getting lost in thoughts of her, after seeing those smiling, brown eyes of hers. That smile, her curious eyes, her innocent demeanour, and her ability to enjoy every small thing. Oh how much he loved her! Why did he keep falling for her every time he saw her? It was so much for his little heart to take!
He wrapped his arms around her from behind, making her turn around with a jerk. "What are you doing!" she whispered, trying to free herself from his hold.
"Can't you see what I'm doing?" he asked, raising a brow.
"Ram! Everybody is looking!" she said, succeeding in freeing herself this time.
"Haha! Everybody's really fascinated by the ocean down there. Nobody's looking." said Rama, rolling his eyes. He was right, but Sita definitely didn't want to end up with a cherry-red face by the time they reached Ayodhya.
"Bu-"
"Look, we're back to our mainland!" someone yelled, saving Sita from having to explain her feeling of being all that shy. Rama figured that she just wanted his company, not him making her go red, but he really wanted to tease her.
"Siya-"
"Laksh is calling you!" she interrupted hastily, and walked towards her brother-in-law, who really had no idea that he was going to be unnecessarily interrogated about irrelevant things at this point. "Hi, Laksh! Aren't you excited to go back home?"

"I'm so excited!" Shrutakeerti squealed, jumping around as Shatrughna smiled fondly at her. "Is it just me who's jumping around like this? I feel like a fool." she mumbled. Shatrughna laughed, pinching her cheeks.
"You're so adorable, Keerti!" he said. She whipped her hair backward.
"I know that!" she said, the drama queen in Shatrughna going into her. Shatrughna laughed.
"Alright, let's go and get things ready. If everything goes on track, Bhaiya, Bhabhi and Laksh will return today. The fourteen years have been completed. We need a grand welcome for them, don't we? Bharat Bhaiya will chop us all into pieces if we don't." he laughed, before they both walked out of the room, only to be welcomed by lines and lines of unlit diyas or lamps. "Woah! These people are quick!" exclaimed Shatrughna.
"They'd never do this for anybody except Ram Bhaiya, would they?"

"I'm sure they're making extravagant arrangements and decorations all over Kosala to welcome you!" said Lakshmana, grinning.
"Welcome me? Just me-"
"You includes Bhabhi too!"
"You too, then, stupid!"
"Yeah, me also. But they would've done it for you both, not for me." said Lakshmana, chuckling. "I don't even think they remember me, you know." Rama rolled his eyes.
