To,
My people

I am a soldier
Born to die,
For the country;
I may be Rashid Minhas,
His presence of mind;
Save us to slaves of others
I may be Raja Aziz Bhatti
His teamwork and leadership,
Make him remember till the end of the world
His martyr taught enemy,
Before the nation we have,
This eagle to fight.
When technology rules;
People live in a digital era;
I may be among those 150 soldiers;
Who survive the weather of Siachen;
But had died....No, had martyred in my eyes;
When that avalanche had fallen
I may be one of those fighters;
Who had not only saved us;
From the enemy's sub-marine;
But,offer tea to his enemies,
Because of our conduct
Our enemies had said;
'The tea was fantastic .'
I may be the one,
Who not fight externally,
But,help to survive internally,
Blessing of rain turns to calamity,
From road hacks to sanitary;
Always had to think soldiers came for rescue.
Our people always claim;
Either forces or government
Are the reasons to create the mess.
I only want to ask my fellow being;
If we are the reason for your survival too;
I only want to say my public ;
We are from you;
Chosen by creator
To serve the nation
For your survival
We sacrifice our life.
We need respect not verbally,
But, from the depth of your heart
Not when we are Ghazi or Shaheed
Not when you belong to a soldiers;
If you enjoy our pride;
Then you value our sacrifice.
