For the following next couple of days, every time I entered a room, someone would be playing Don't Stop Believin'. This time it was Bucky. Again.

"Do you ever get tired of this?" I asked him as I filled up my coffee cup in the kitchen.

He opened the poptarts and took one out, munching on it. "Nope. This is fun."

I glared at him.

Bucky shrugged. "Sorry, Steve. According to Sam, it's my job."

I shook my head and laughed. I headed into the main room where the rest of the team was already gathered with their breakfast.

"What's the plan for today?" I asked. I sat on the arm of the chair Nat was in, balancing my plate of eggs on my lap.

Tony handed me a piece of paper. "I need you and Nat to check out the address."

"What's it for?" Nat asked. I passed her the paper.

"It could be a lead on Alexei," Tony told us. "This comes directly from Fury."

"We'll get right on that." Natasha stood up. "I'm gonna go change and then we can go, ok?"

I nodded. "See you in a minute."

Tony continued to give out the daily team assignments while my mind wandered elsewhere. Did we really have a lead on Alexei? After all this time? Was it even possible? It could be possible, but how did we know it wasn't just another set up? I needed to make sure I had my shield...

"Cap." Sam snapped his fingers in front of my face, breaking me away from my thoughts.

Tony smirked. "As I was saying, when you get back from this assignment, we need to upgrade the security system. There haven't been any incidents in a while, but given how things have changed recently, we can never be too careful."

"Sam and I will help in the meantime," Bucky volunteered. Sam nodded in agreement.

"Actually, I need to go over a few things with you, James," Shuri piped up, coming into the main room.

"That's alright, I'll help Sam," Clint said from across the room.

"Shuri, when did you get back?" I asked.

Shuri laughed. "I never left. Peter went back to New York for school, but my services were still needed here." She looked pointedly at Tony. "This place needs an upgrade."

"I'm trying to keep her on full-time here, but we'll see if that happens," Tony said.

"I told you, Stark, I am here for as long as you need me. But I may need to go back to Wakanda at some point to replenish my supplies," Shuri said.

Natasha returned right then wearing an all-black outfit, complete with her favorite vest that she always wore on assignments like this. She smiled at me.

"Ready to go?" she asked.

I nodded. "Let's do this."

Nat and I pulled up in front of the address Tony had given us a little while later.

"This looks promising," Nat muttered, stepping out of the car.

The address had brought us to another warehouse, similar to the one that had failed to give us any actual evidence in Budapest.

I handed Natasha a comms unit and connected the other to myself.

"Go around the back, I'll see what I can find here," I instructed.

She nodded. "Watch for trip wires. That's how we'll know this place is legit."
