NEVAEH's POV

It's been three months and it's been really cool. I haven't talked in Millie or the boys in a couple days

Today me, Kiya, Derek and Kobe are gonna skip class. I mean we all have good grades so how could they possibly drop

We sneak out our dorms and put the door, but before we knew it there were cops chasing us

We ran for about ten minutes then finally lost them

Derek : "Damn that's a work out" we all laugh while trying to catch a breath

Kiya : "It's too cold for this shit"

Nevaeh : "Seriously !"

Kobe : "Let's go to the diner"

Nevaeh : "Bet"

We walk to the diner, go inside, and get seated

Employee : "Hello what can I get for you guys today ?"

Derek : "Can we get four hot chocolates"

Employee : "Would you guys like whipped cream ?"

All : "Yes"

Employee : "And marshmallows ?"

All : "Yep"

Employee : "Ok then I'll be right back" he walks away

Kiya : "He was fine as fuck"

Nevaeh : "Go get em"

Kobe : "Uh no"

Nevaeh : "Oh come on Kobe. Let your sister live"

Derek : "Exactly"

Kobe : "Anyways.. how's your mom Nev ?"

Nevaeh : "Still hoeing around. It's not like my mom. She's been going on dates and sleeping with more men"

Derek : "Poor Kendall"

Nevaeh : "Yeah, I'm thinking about going back to Jersey for Halloween"

Kiya : "Oo that's a good idea"

Derek : "Me and my family are staying here"

Kiya : "My family is going to Cali"

Nevaeh : "Lucky y'all" I chuckle

MATTIA's POV

Ever since the party me and Ali have been . . . Fuck buddies

We just finished having sex and I left. I met back to my dorm and took a shower

Kairi : "Have fun ?" Kairi asked

Mattia : "Same old same old"

Kairi : "When are you gonna actually settle down with someone ?"

Mattia : "When I feel like it" Kairi rolled his eyes

Kairi : "I'll be back"

Mattia : "Where you going ?"

Kairi : "Looking for a Halloween costume with Milli"

Mattia : "Cute" Kairi chuckles then leaves

I sit on my bed and scroll through tiktok. I randomly see a tiktok of Nevaeh, Kobe, Derek and Kiya together

The video has '2M likes' . Honestly I felt like she replaced us...

I sigh, then look through my closet to see if I could find what I wanted to be. I found a black turtle neck and thought about it ...

I'm gonna be a vampire. I then plop myself back on the bed and continue scrolling

NEVAEH's POV

After we finished our hot Chocolate we each paid for our own and left. To kill time we went to the mall

I got a couple clothes and a costume for Halloween

Today is the day I leave to fly back to New Jersey. Derek dropped me Kiya and Kobe off at the airport and we went our own ways after saying bye

I landed in New Jersey and got my suitcase and waited outside for my mom to pick me up

An hour passes and she's still not here so I call mom, but she doesn't answer so I call Kendall

Kendall : "Are you here ??!"

Nevaeh : "What do you mean mom was supposed to come get me"

Kendall : "Wait really ??"

Nevaeh : "Yeah, where the hell is she ?"

Kendall : "On a date . . . I'm at Matiluca's so I can ask her to come and get you"

Nevaeh : "Yea do that. Love you"

Kendall : "Love you too, bye"

I hang up and put my phon run my back pocket. I sit down on a bench and wait

After an hour she finally gets here and gets out the car

Matiluca : "Hey honey. I'm sorry about your mom"

Nevaeh : "It's fine" I smile and put my stuff in the trunk

I went inside her house and got Kendall so we can go home

When we got home I saw mom at the kitchen table laughing and giggling with a guy

Rachel : "Oh my baby-"

Nevaeh : "Dong baby me. Where the hell were you ?"

Rachel : "Excuse me. Don't talk to your mom like that"

Nevaeh : "I waited an hour in the fucking cold for my mother to come and pick me up from the airport !"

Rachel : "I was doing .. something important"

Nevaeh : "What's more important than your own daughter ??"

Rachel : "You better stop with the attitude"

Nevaeh : "What type of mother are you-" she took her hand and slapped me across my face

Guy : "Rachel ?!"

Kendall : "Mom !"

Rachel : "Now go up to your room and don't come out !" I run up to my room and leave my suitcase by the door

I hear mom and that guy arguing and then the front door slamming. It started to rain hard

I grab an old backpack of my and start to pack some clothes

Then my room door slams open

Rachel : "You just ruined my date !"

Nevaeh : "I don't care !" I raise my voice at her

She grabs my hair and I grab my backpack and my phone and she starts yanking me downstairs

Kendall : "Mom stop !"

Rachel : "Leave and don't come back !" She says before slamming the door in my face

I was standing there ... in the pouring rain. The only place I could think of going was to Matiluca's place

I ran to her house and knocked on the door. Then the door opened . . .
