ARCHER'S POV:
Just another typical Friday night, another weekend, and another party. Tonight I don't even want to be here. Jayden begged for me to come to this party tonight. I much rather be at home talking to Hailey. Hailey. I can't believe that she told me her name. I was really confused as to why she had just hung up. I didn't want to bother her by calling back. I am probably going to ask when I speak to her again. Come to think of it I need to find Jayden so I can get the fuck out of here. This asshole begs me to come and then leaves me in the backyard with a beer. I haven't seen that dick for 30 mins. I get up from my seat near the fire pit in search of my best friend. When I finally spot him on the stairs with Drew, Diane, Jake who I've only met once and a guy I don't recognize. I make my way over to the group.
"Hey Arch! There you are, my guy!"
"I have been in the same place that you left me thirty minutes ago."
"My bad, I was coming back but I ran into Drew, Jake, and Jake's buddy here."
"Don't forget about me you jackass."
"Oh, of course and The Eastgate whore a.k.a Diane. How could I leave her out?"
"Babe, are you going to let him talk to me like that?!"
"Be nice dude. You don't need to call her names."
"Okay. Archer, you remember Jake? Right?"
"Yeah...How are you?"
"I'm doing good. Just finally getting out. I've been stuck in the house all week with nothing to do except bug the shit out of my little sister. Classes have been postponed until further notice."
"Damn, that sucks, at least you don't have to go to class."
"Yeah, some pipe burst and could have blown up the place. Therefore I'm just going to be chilling at home until they tell us to come back. It does give me a chance to hangout with my family."
"We were just talking about having a smoke sesh. You in?"
"Yeah you are welcome to join. I've got enough for everyone."
"I think I'm going to sit this one out. I'll hang, I will stick to the beer for tonight."
"What? Since when do you turn down free weed?"
"Since now. I'm not feeling it tonight."
"Don't tell me this has anything to do with Princess?"
