Lokky has dark brown spiky hair with some indigo coloring and purple eyes. He mostly seen wearing dark purple school uniform like jacket with white shirt, a pair of dark purple fingerless gloves, black belt with some pouch, long dark purple pants and black steel soles with black-white shoes. He have three swords at each side of his belt, making them six in total and his buster sword at his back, which is his robot partner, Palades.
In his casual outfit, Lokky wears white baseball cap backward, white shirt with sword slash emblems, long white pants and green shoes. He still have Palades attach at his back just in case for fighting.
Personality
Lokky is a serious, strict and ruthless person. He hold up to both ninja code and swordsman code. He only respect those who are equally strong as himself or stronger than himself. He being strict on training due the training that Kamikaze, gave him. Lokky has a habit of tricking his enemies and enjoy to see they confuse by his trick.
As a hero, Lokky being a serious type and show no mercy toward those who mess with him or those who trying to interrupt his mood. He only tolerate normally with Kamikaze and Iaian. He don't respect those who are weaker than himself. When he realize about Hyuga who climb up rank quicker than most Class A heroes, it immediately took his interest.
After defeated by Hyuga, Lokky swore his loyalty to him and call Hyuga as his second master. Lokky address him as Waka, which means young master. He respect Hyuga and team up with him and Kurohime. When fighting, he can be a sadistic person and fight hunger person. He will never back down even in a fight that he might can't win.
History
Lokky is a survivor of the ninja clan who was destroyed by a certain top hero. After being found by Kamikaze, he was taken care and trained to be a swordsman. Due his ninja heritage, Lokky learn some ninja tricks and techniques. Kamikaze seeing Lokki's skills are exceeding his own and his other students. Among Kamikaze's disciples, Lokky is known to fight with multiple swords at the same time. He recommended to join the Hero Association which he did. The large buster sword he have is actually a human-sized named Palades that created solely for his own usage. Despite being a Class hero A, Lokki is stated to be same level as S-Class heroes and considered as the second strongest swordsman after Kamikaze. Being a very smart person, he created a sword-robot and make it his main weapon and partner.
Because of his skills, Lokky climb up the rank really fast and currently being in the 2nd rank of Class A heroes. Seeing Amai Mask as a nuissance, Lokki decide to remain as 2nd rank due he has no interest in reaching the Class S. Among all of Kamikaze's students, Lokky is the only one who probably or already surpass their master. He wish for someone as strong or stronger than him will face him one day. When he found out about Hyuga, he challenge him but ended up losing that also witnessed by Kamikaze and Bang.
After being part of Trident Squad, Lokky learn about teamwork from Hyuga and Kurohime. However, he still having a hard time trying to work together with Kurohime who dislike him. He also along with Hyuga and Kurohime who realize about Saitama's strength.
Skill & Abilities
Being Class A hero, Rank 2, Lokky is among the strongest hero in the Class A that can match with Class S hero. His skills are said to be par with or surpasses Kamikaze's skills.
Superhuman Physical Prowess - Lokky's physical prowess are above level of an average human. He have immense strength, speed, senses, stamina, etc.
Master Swordman - Lokky is a master swordsman, said to par with or surpasses Kamikaze's skill. His skills are well known and even earn him the title as the world second strongest swordsman. This skill also allow him to stand equally among top heroes, and being recognize by many.
Genius Intellect - Lokky is very intellegent, being called as genius as he able to master swordsmanship in short time and even create high tech items, for example, the Palades. He also capable of creating various other high tech items.
Ninja Skill - Being a ninja generation, Lokky have ninja skills such as lying, spying, stealth moves, create hidden weapons, etc. Though he rarely use these skills.
