the golden guard/hunter preferences

★ when you have a bad day.

• he notices something off with you. you're not your usual self. it's like something is bothering you

• he wants to ask you if you're okay but at the same time he doesn't wanna invade your space or make you feel even worse

• he eventually asks you though because he doesn't want you to feel down the whole day, in case you do feel that way

• you tell him about it of course, because you trust him. but even if you didn't tell him, he would be okay with it and he respects your space

• he doesn't want you working and going to bed knowing you're not alright, so he does his best to do whatever he thinks can make you feel better

• usually when this happens, he tells the guards that you and him will have a time-out for a bit. you have responsibilities, yes, but hunter knows that you and your mental, physical and emotional state are more important. he has problems of his own but won't hesitate to put you first because you're the only one who's shown him his worth

• he lets you vent/rant to him if you need to, hoping that some weight will be lifted. sometimes he gives you advice, but he knows that you know what's good for you. why else would you choose him, y'know? ;) he gives you reassurance and he comforts you hehehe

• he holds you. especially when you start to cry, he'll hold you close, stroke your hair and rub your back. he also whispers things to you like " i'm here " or " it's okay " :')) and he likes to place kisses on your head as he does so

• lil rascal, his palisman, also stays on your head and rests there hoping it'll calm you down aaaaa he knows you're important to hunter so he wants to help too

• hunter's not the funniest, but he tries to tell you jokes and embarrassing stories in hopes that you'll laugh. sometimes they're good, sometimes not so much, but you'll laugh either way. he's a lil goofball

• if you can't take time-out/you're back to working, he sticks with you ( if you allow him to of course ) and makes sure you're doing fine. he holds your hand a lot hehe and he pats your back. he also offers to do your work for you if you don't have the energy or are not in the mood

• he messes around with kikimora too and it makes you laugh but you're scared he'll get in trouble. he doesn't regret it though

• after your shift he talks to you and asks if you feel any better. he tries to help you find a way to solve your problems but he doesn't overdo it to the point where he's rushing you or commanding you

• if you have the time, he takes you out on a date at night or the next morning to let you know that life isn't so bad and it was only one day :)) hehehe

• you're very dear to him. he knows what it's like to have bad days, and he never EVER wants you to feel the way he did before he met you
