I decided to take a challenge and draw a character from one of Crystal_539 's favorite franchises, Monster High. I know absolutely nothing about the franchise itself lol rip

Ok so uh I accidentally put the color and the lines for the boots on the same layer and since I didn't want to remove all my other work by ctrl z'ing everything I just decided to keep the boots as it was and not have any shading on it (also 'cause- like w h a t these boots are so friccing complicated ppfft heLL no-)
Then I also said no to shading the hat because I didn't want to go through trying to shade something with multiple colors on it (Jesus I'm lazy)
