Hey guys!!

Okay, so I felt like i needed to share this with all of you guys.

Stasis

Trigger

The quest

Surprise

Critical choice

Climax

Reversal

Resolution

These are the eight points you need to hit in EVERY story you do.

Every complete story follows this arc.

Star Wars, Shakespeare, Cinderella. Ect.

Stasis, or the normal world.

This is the characters normal life, what the are used to. Their regular life.

Trigger

This is the thing that sets the story off. Its an event of somethign surprising that messes with the normal world.

The Quest

Pretty self exclamatory, this is what the character has to do to get back to the normal world

Surprise

The main part of the book, there can be several, such as "Luck I am your father" or "Leia is my sister"

Critical Choice

This is what changes your character, it needs to be something big, like choosing to be the MockingJay

Climax

the result of the choice, and the most intense part of the book

Reversal

The result of the Climax and the Choice, its what you get, the consequence.

And finally the Resolution, of the new normal world

So the end, saying weather the evil empire was taken down, and how the main character deals with is afterwards.

This is my basic summery of it, you should probably look into it more, just google 8 point arc.

It helps a lot, and you should use it for everything.

Edit: I'm not even going to try and correct all the spelling and grammar mistakes that are in here.
