"Cash or card?"

Cadence sighed. "Cash."

Her reverie had been shattered. She readjusted the toilet paper, trying to hide it under lettuce and toothpaste.

She pushed her shoulders back and walked over to the machine.

Everything was going well until the toilet paper. Her fantasy was coming true! She let out a cry of frustration.

Leo sauntered over. He swiped his worker ID.

"Rough day," he said. He flashed that charming smile of his. Her legs felt like jelly.

"Something like that," she said.

"Keep your chin up. Things'll get better."

They already have, she opened her mouth to say.

"Leo!"

A girl ran at him and jumped into his arms. SHe gave him an eskimo kiss.

Cadence left the store. Her family didn't need toilet paper anyway.

A/N: I can't believe I wrote this. It got dumber quicker than my books normally do. I need to stop writing wierd stuff and blaming my Australian humor for it.

Thanks for reading
