"morning" Scarlett mumbled on my skin waking me up

"Morning..what time is it?" I asked stretching my hand

"10" she answered burying her face on my neck

"Shit" i respond covering my eyes

"Just call it a sick day" she chuckled and i actually kinda agree with that except i need to buy a gift for billie's mom her birthday is in 3 days and she personally dm me to invite.. I'm kinda hesitant at first but she's a mom to me so eventually i can't say no.

Also she said there's nothing to worry about coz matthew is not coming.. let's just say she doesn't like him coz of the homophobic things he did in the past. She also want Scarlett to come so i won't feel that awkward if you know what i mean

We then heard a knock at the door and my niece is fckung pounding it as if someone died or something

"God I'm just glad my room is far away from you" she joked and i raise my brow

"Oh yeah my teacher wants to talk to you" she added looking nervous

"What did you do?" I asked and looked at Scarlett getting out of bed still covered

"Uh i- i f-failed in my spanish class please don't be mad"  she said closing her eyes and i just laugh at her

"Dude its fine why are you so nervous.. I'm not like your mom so chill" i said still laughing at her reaction

She sigh in relief and gave me her report card

"I mean it's..not that bad" i said hesitantly

"She can help you in your academics" Scarlett said hugging me from behind also wearing a robe

"I'm busy" i whispered to her and she raised her brows

"What are the subjects you're having trouble with?" I asked looking at her grades

"Seems a lot" i mumbled and Scarlett slap my arm

"Uh just in spanish byt i promise I'll do better on the other ones" she says and i nodded

"She's fluent in Spanish" Scarlett says to her smiling

"You are???" My niece asked in misbelief and i gave her a look

"Honey your Aunt can speak 5+ languages" Scarlett responded and I'm having my moment

"That's useless for me coz she never had time...if she's not in the office she's with you" she said quietly and we both looked at each other

"Do you want a tutor maybe?" I asked and she rolled her eyes and walked away
