Hi! This is Maria (astraeatina). I would like to say thanks for those who read this story, even though I reached eight months just to finished this short story.

Sa story talaga na ito nasubukan kung ano ang kakayahan ko bilang isang manunulat. Kumbaga, ito ang trial & error phase ko. Wow, trial, haha! For those eight months of doubting myself if I really am fit to be a writer, those 8 months of 'katamaran' while writing this. Ilang beses na naisip ko na "i-unpublish ko na lang siguro 'to kasi tinatamad ako", gano'n. But I didn't do it, thankfully, I guess. HAHAHAHA.

Personally, this story is really cliché and predictable. At first, I was contemplating kung ano ang magiging ending, tragic ba o hindi. And as I write the remaining chapters, I realized that Jaxton and Keana deserves a happy ending on how cruel life (well, 'me', kasi ako 'yung nagsulat) is to them. Hindi ko lang sure kung sa mga nagbabasa o magbabasa ba nito, this will be light to them or what kasi for me, oo, hahaha.

And lastly, I really can't believe that I finished this story, first completed story kaya super saya ko, omg. My heart is jumping because of glee. And thankful ako for all the support that I received. And what I learned while writing this story is that, even if how long it takes until you finish it, it's fine. Don't pressure yourself. Step by step, I know that you can make it. Small progress is still a progress. Your hard work will bloom, soon. So, trust the process.

And oh, before I forgot, grammatical errors are still in the story even though that it's edited na. It can't be avoided given the fact that I'm not really that great in constructing sentences 'perfectly.' So, please bear with me.

Again, thank you so much for reading this short story and joining Keana and Jaxton's journey on how they overcome those unfortunate times when both of them are Hapless Beings.

xoxo,
astraeatina
