As soon as you got back behind the counter you see the one person who looked shocked to hear your name start walking over
"Hello aether what can I do for you"
you say with a half agitated smile
He nervously laughs
"I was wondering how you knew Xiao?"
"He's a regular at this cafe" you say bluntly
"Wait really? He's been sneaking out to a cafe all this time, and to think that his favorite barista is my childhood friend"
"What's so strange about it ,is it because you had no intent of speaking to said childhood friend again"
You start to argue like children it's a pointless argument to say the least but out of nowhere you just start laughing this argument reminded you of when you were best friends and would argue all the time
"What's so funny"aether asked confused
"This reminded me of when we were in jr.high, all of our arguments are pointless"
He burst out laughing " I guess they are" he says while laughing
