💚 For green rice
🔹️Two tablespoons ghee 🔹️1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 🔹️One teaspoon ginger paste 🔹️One teaspoon green chilli paste 🔹️1/2 cup spinach puree 🔹️Salt to taste 🔹️Chopped Capsicum
Method:
Cook the rice first. And then divide into three parts for the three types of rice.
🧡 For Orange Rice
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 2.Add jeera and carrots. Sauté till they begin to change colour. 3.Add one third rice to the pan and mix. 4. Add the ginger paste, red chilli powder and red chilli paste and sauté. 5. Add tomato puree, salt and mix well. Pour a cup of water and mix. Cover and let cook till the rice is done.
💚 For Green Rice
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 2. Add jeera and capsicum. Sauté till they begin to change colour. 3. Add turmeric powder and one third of the cooked rice to the second pan and mix well. 4. Add green chilli paste, ginger paste and salt and sauté lightly. 5. Pour ½ cup water and mix well. Cover it and let cook. 6. When the water starts boiling, add spinach puree and mix well. Cover and cook till the rice is done.
Now, you have the three types of rice ready. Orange pulao, plain white rice and green pulao. Arrange the rice in any creative way you can think of!!!
