This was set in the year 2150 Elena and stefan never got the cure and Elena was never in a coma. Stefan never sacrificed himself and Katherine found a way to survive the hellfire. Damon and Elena are happily married Damon owns a bar and Elena has her own hospital. Caroline works as a news anchor and stefan works at the salvatore bording school alongside Alaric and Jo. After Kai's attempt to kill Jo at her wedding Elena rushed to her and gave her and Alaric her blood. Sadly the twins didnt make it but Alaric and Jo had some unforeseen trauma's from what kai did. They both died and turned that night. A few years after Jenna started to live with them Caroline and Stefan got married. That should clear up the timeline a bit. Hope yall enjoy the story!
