✨Chapter 4✨

Hero's POV- 8 years old

I helped mum prepare for Emile's birthday in the garden. I put his presents and balloons in the garden around the table.

I saw a shadow in the kitchen and I knew it was baby brother. All I did was walk into the kitchen with a card, and told Emile to follow me.

"OMG MUM WOOOOW, I LOVE IT" I heard Emile shout with excitement. Me and mum both went up to him and hugged him.

Mum told me I have to go to my dads today and he's picking me up from training, how fun!

After training I saw my dad so I went up to him but then I see Emile standing alone waiting for his dad so I asked my dad, "could I wait with my brother for a bit as his dad isn't here yet?" He nodded his head for me to go and wait with Emile. I went up to him, he looks worried. "Emz your dad is here so give me a big hug bruv and one last happy birthday of the day from me" I gave him a big hug with a sweet note, I'm going to miss him even though this will be one or two days.

On the way to dads house, he told me that he moved houses and I would have to chose on of the small rooms, thank god I have taken all my clothes and football things home because dad would definitely not told me he moved.

When we got there I chose a small room but to be honest I don't care if my room is small because I only be here for one day. I can't wait for mum to pick me up, wait she doesn't know the address.

I went down and the phone went so I decided to answer and it was Emile crying. He told me Liam and Rose are having a baby. I thought that I would ask my dad to pick up Emile and take us home but I think he won't do that as he may want to talk business, I rang mum and she said she will pick Emile up and tomorrow she will try and get me.

Couple months later..

Dad is still talking about me becoming a footballer, he is finally being nice. He is asking me if he could pay for somethings for my football, he also offered one of the big rooms but I said no and I stay a little.

Emile told me he had a sister named after him kind of and her name was Emily Smith-Rowe. Me and Emile have sleepovers at each other's dads houses. But when he's at my dads he feels uncomfortable like my siblings ask him why he went into football or how do you like Hero he's a bit stuck up but Emile loves to say nice things about me.

Once we got from each other's dads house mum told us that she had been dating a man for a while, his name is Justin Foley. That man is so nice, he's better than my dad and me and Emile are waiting for him to become officially our stepdad so we could have this family complete.
