I have a dream but it's too far away,
It's like a star impossible to reach
Why do I walk in this path, If it isn't for me?
I don't know, I'm just trying my luck.
I have no guarantee but I guess I have no regrets,
Every time I close my eyes I got scared,
Scared of what If's,
What if I fail? What if things goes wrong?
My knee trembles of fear,
Everyone is so confident,
Everyone is talented,
Yet here I am thinking How can I be like them?
I watched everyone's successes,
I feel envy,
I told to myself 'I shouldn't hurt you,
'I should stop comparing you to them'
But I'm sorry I can't, it's unbeatable.
I'm at the edge of the cliff hanging not to fall,
I have a hazy goal and unsure future,
I chase a questionable dream,
Seems like unreachable but still wanted to hold on.
