chapter three

your pov :

I yawn as I feel the sunshine on my face, it seemed to be pretty early in the morning

I slowly sat up in my bed and started to get out from underneath the covers

when I got up I yawned while stretching and started heading towards my door

I open it then walk towards the living room and kitchen

I go to wake Kazuha up but when I get to the couch no one is there

"huh, where did he go?" I mumble to myself

"looking for me?" Kazuha whispers into my ear

"eek! uh yeah actually I wanted to see if you were awake" I said as I was holding my ear facing him with a slight blush on my face

"oh sorry I was in the bathroom" he said with a soft laugh

"well you really seem to like the bathroom.. well anyways since we are both up do pancakes sound good for breakfast?"

"yes that sound great" Kazuha said strolling to the kitchen counter with me not far behind him

"Okay let me get started!"

I look at my pancake recipe and start grabbing the ingredients

pancake recipe
-buttermilk
-3 eggs
-baking powder/salt
-vegetable oil
-powdered sugar
-vanilla extract

I put all the ingredients in a bowl and started mixing after about 3 minutes I let the dough sit as I turned on the stove I put a pan on the stove and started putting the batter on the pan

after a few minutes of cooking all the pancakes, I was done

I grabbed two plates for both me and Kazuha and put them at the kitchen counter then I grabbed the pancake plate and put them in the middle of our plates

"hey, Kazuha do you want anything to drink?"

"if you have orange juice that would be nice"

"well I do have some orange juice"

I pour the both of us some orange juice and sit down next to Kazuha at the counter

"thank you for the food" we both say

and start to eat the pancakes

after about 5 minutes of eating pancakes and making small talk, we both are finished eating

"so um y/n could we go outside I would like to see what your yard looks like since you have a dendro vision I'm guessing it looks nice!"

"are you stereotyping me because of my vison? but yeah, we can go outside um and I guess my garden isn't too bad so let's go!" I giggle at the end of my sentence

Kazuhas pov :

their giggle... it's so cute- wait no what am I saying I mean yeah their cute but-

I think I'm falling for them

I sigh as I get up and follow them to their back door to go see their garden

"ready?" they say with a small smile on their face

"yup!" I say back

hey hey hey!! so sorry that I have been inactive for so long!! I've just been so caught up with school, and my sport I've just recently got a little bit of free time where I can write so I'll try and put out chapters faster!!

I've missed writing and wanted to do it for a long time but I never had time in my busy schedule so I'll try and write more. I hope it will help with my stress ;D
