Freedom of religion is very well being exercised in the country,a privilege for them and their leaders to utilize it for the greater benifit of the people. There are countries around the globe where this freedom is being suppressed,where in fact their religion is also the reason for it.Some muslim nations prohibits the exercise of christianity and the usage of the bible in their countries. Same is true in the Philippines where some powerful religious groups penetrate the government and influence politicians to oppress their religious counterparts in exchange for their promises of support on bloc voting.
The separation of Church and State shall be inviolable. (Article II, Section 6), and, No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed. No religious test shall be required for the exercise of civil or political rights. (Article III, Section 5)
