Derek's POV "Hey Man, you coming to the graduation party at DKE?" Our friend Johnny asks "Yeah! Come! It will be fun." Sheila's high pitch perky voice deafening our ears. "We can't remember. Sixteen." "Damn, you guys are so talI, I forgot you're underage." "You don't have to drink. Plus, Nobody there is going to think you're 16. Just don't bring Lina and you will blend right in. You know, I will be there too." She runs her hand down my arm. Looking at me a certain way. You're a bad influence. "Dude, It's not like age stopped you before. Remember what happened on the mountain?" "What happen at the mountain?" Lina asks "Nothing." We both answer quickly

"Yes, my parents want to take me out for dinner to celebrate. Are your parents doing anything for you?" "Yeah but that's not until tomorrow night." "Do you want to come with us?" "Only if it's alright with your parents. We don't want to impose." "I'll ask but I'm sure it'll be fine."
We have dinner with Lina's family at an authentic Chinese restaurant. Lina's dad orders some food in Cantonese for us to share family style. The food is delicious. The best Chinese food I have ever had. Damon and I learned how to use chopsticks from all the times we ate dinner at Lina's house.
We go back and stay with her a while. "Love, we got you new charms for your bracelet." I show her a graduation cap and heart charm with 'you did it' on one side and 'the sky is the limit' on the other. "Thank you. I like it."
