Hello everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I'm so happy you made it through the book, I truly hope you enjoyed it. It's crazy to see how much this story has grown. I started it back in 2020 with no real plotline. But now it's one of my favorite pieces I have written. I'm very proud of this story but only because you made me proud of it. Any support from a reader means the absolute world to me! I cannot thank you enough for reading this book- you have no idea how happy it makes me to see comments, votes, and reader views. I am so grateful for every one of my readers! If you wouldn't mind spreading this book to your friends, that would be wonderful! I will forever be in your debt. <3

Anyway, I won't blabber on forever about how lucky I am to have such amazing people in my life. But I wanted to give a background for this story to anyone who's interested:

I have a very good friend at my school. He's smart, tremendously funny, and can make a bad day into a great one. He's very close to me and I couldn't ask for a better friend. However, as I've gotten closer to him and learned more about his private life, I could tell that he was not a happy person. Even though he made me light up in joy, he couldn't seem to find the light within himself. He struggled a lot this past year and even attempted suicide because he was in so much pain. So, keeping him in mind, I wrote this book to try and make life seem beautiful. I created Larkmoon; a cat who could see the world after having experienced death and regret not loving all the little things before. My goal was to make the reader love life's beauty while also creating a dramatic and entertaining story.

All in all, I want to dedicate this story to him:

To Raymond, I hope you find life beautiful again.
