Kaminari

I grabbed the broom leaning onto the wall of the closet and a roll of trash bags. I kicked the closet door open and walked out of it, handing the trash bags over to Yaomomo.

"Thanks," she smiled at me and walked over to Jirou, putting the bags down and grabbing one. The two starting to gather the plastic cups and paper plates.

I walked over to the couch area and started to sweep the confetti and paper pieces of wrapping.

"Are you sure you don't want help?" Shinsou asked, pulling on his sleeves.

"Nah, I'm good," I raised the broom to stand up and leaned onto it. I smiled over at him and kept sweeping.

"Can I at least hold up a trash bag for you?" he asked again and I sighed, nodding. He jumped up from the couch and walked over to Jirou and Yaomomo, grabbing a trash bag and opening it up for me to grab the gathering thing and pulling it into the trash bag, the pieces of paper dropping into it.

We kept on, the paper on the floor slowly disappearing.

"All done!" I called, leaning the broom over the couch and stretching, my crop-shirt rolling up a bit. I looked down at it and whined, straightening it back up. I looked up at Shinsou and shot him a smile, "wanna go throw the bags?"

"Yeah, sure," he walked over to the bag Jirou and Yaomomo set down for us to throw out before going to bed.

I looked up at the clock on the wall behind the TV, groaning as I saw that it showed that it was around 2AM.

Shinsou grabbed the bag and I grabbed the other one, the two of us made our way to the door.

We walked to the side of the building and threw the bags into the trash can as I held the hatch open for us and closed it after both the bags were in.

We walked back into the dorms and Shinsou started walking past the 1-A building. "I'll see you next year, then."

Shinsou chuckled and nodded, waving at me and continuing on with his way to his own dormitory building for class 1-C.

"So, how did it go?" Mina leaned onto me, stabbing my cheek with her pointer finger. I chuckled and pushed her off.

"I think it went well, I'm not sure though," I smiled at the group and leaned into the couch, my face flushing a bit as I remembered the way I waved him off. I put my hands over my face and whined, "see you next year?! What was that???"

Kirishima chuckled and leaned off of Bakugou, "he is moving into our class next year."

"Bakugou is too!" Mina called, waving her arms around. She jumped from her seat and sat next to Bakugou, rubbing their cheeks together, "we'll be able to do hero work together!~"

Bakugou scoffed and pushed Mina off, Mina pouting at him with a fake hurt impression, "I'll mostly be using my future hero license to move forward with agency planning. Being a hero might help me create training plans and agencies easier."

Kirishima nodded and kissed Bakugou's cheek, whispering something supportive to him, causing Bakugou to blush and yell at him to shut up.

Mina's right, though. Maybe we could take work studies together. Knowing my skill set I might be benched most of the time but maybe I could train in a more professional environment if he benches himself to help heroes' training.

"Do the business course not get some sort of license, too?" Sero asked, looking up from his phone, "I'd thought they would."

Bakugou chuckled and shook his head, "most of them focus on merchandise, so there's no need for them to get some sort of license. A huge part of the business course students are artists so they start working on pins and posters and shit of the hero course students."

"Ah, got it," Sero clicked his tongue and turned back to texting Iida. They got together after Christmas so, I was now officially the only single person in the group.

This sucks.

I will be publishing a sequel of Shinkami for the second school year of class 1-A, now 2-A at some point. I'll announce it here when it happens.
