Summary:
Nightmare and his family/friends never really had a great relationship with each other but they all had the same goal to be family again, though when they all finally got along a tragedy happened.
So in their last few seconds
Nightmare made a promise that in another life they'll be together as family again and he'd do anything for that to happen now there he was reincarnated as Dream
(You'll have to read the rest of the story to find out)
3rd persons P.O.V
"Nightmare Geo's dead!" Napsap screamed with tears running down his face
"Nightmare there's no way out of here all the exits are blocked, and once we move away from this pressure plates we're dead..." Redza said referring to the pressure plates there stepping on "there's nothing else we can do.."
Everyone started crying knowing exactly they're gonna die (what a tragic way to end everything)
"I refuse to believe this is the end. I promise that in another life we'll be together as family, and I'll do anything for that to happen..I promise..!!!" Nightmare said while more tears streamed down his face
"You promise brother?" Booran asked his brother while hugging tommy and Tubbo his friends
"I promise.." Nightmare said
"Alright everyone in the count of 3 all of us will move in the pressure plates" Redza said
"You know at least we're dieing together" Nikki said giving her warm and calming smile that everyone loves
"Yeah your right.." purpled said while also smiling
"As long as we're together..." Everyone thought

"BOOM!!"
Dream's p.o.v
'That dream again?'
'i've been having that same dream over and over again..tsk'
'Right...I'm still in prison.' *sighs*
3rd person p.o.v
With Awesamdude
Dream has been acting weird lately
And Quackity still hasn't visited prison for a week
That made the creeper hybrid curious
'is it because of what Dream said? If I remember correctly Dream said I did what I promised magic... I don't know what's happening anymore all I know is something definitely happened between them before..'
Sam sighed and tightened his grip on his pickaxe
'but that's not my problem, my job is only to look after the prison and the prisoner, I'll let them handle that.'
'i should go now' sam though as he locked the security room and started heading out of the prison he built
