Bakura stops walking when he is surrounded by nothing but sand

Bakura:it seems time as truly covered the ruins and hidden away the dark past .... My dark past

Bakura grabs hold of his head as for the first time in complete isolation... He looks almost sad.... Sad that things truly must be this way

Bakura:... Perhaps they are correct to assume this life.... As in some way made me softer

Bakura shakes these thoughts away as he calls upon diabound who blast the sand away enough that ruins of a city start to appear

Bakura:to think it truly still stands now... Where did that battle take place I'm in the correct location

Closing his eyes and letting the memories come to the front of his mind bakura opens his eyes once more and begins walking

Earlier

The investigation team as managed to catch Namatame well more like they managed to see the van stopped with no sighs of namatame as they look through the back of the truck to try and find nanako they find nothing but a tv as the investigation team members all narrow there eyes that is until adachi says something while looking through a log

Adachi:look at all this the names and addresses of all the people that have gone missing this basically proves he did it

This catches Solomon and y/n's attention as they can't help but wonder... How does that prove it it's not hard to believe that a delivery man would keep a log something is strange but for now they put it off and focus on getting nanako back as dojima begs his nephew to get nanako back safe

Yu:I promise I will but you need a hospital adachi can you take care of my uncle

Adachi:huh oh yeah I got him

The investigation team look to each other as they move to go

Solomon:hold on a minute you may need a ride

The team look to Solomon and then to y/n who nods his head as they all get into the car and go arriving at Junes

Yosuke:thanks for the ride but... How did you

Solomon:y/n isn't the only special one in the family get going I'll wait out here I'm sure you can all do it

Yu:thank you... I promise I'll pay you back someday

The investigation team make there way into Junes yosuke unlocking the door as they all go and right into the TV's

Bakura stands still far from the ruins that the Tom keepers guard as he begins to dig through the sand this is far from a easy task but he does so until eventually he hits something a golden disk with three extending pieces

Bakura:those tomb keepers have done a wonderful job at keeping not only the tombs safe.... But this entire area as well perhaps I should thank them

Bakura stands tall as he makes his way out of the sand and back towards the top managing to do so bakura breathes in

Bakura:... The air here.... It soothes me in a way... Who would have ever thought I would feel so nostalgic about the place I suffered my death at
but then Pharaoh Atem suffered his death here oh well this place even if it makes me feel nostalgic that's all I feel here....

Bakura hums to himself before turning to leave.. That is until he wishes to see something else

Meanwhile

The group stand outside what appears to be pearly white gates

Rise:it feels weird here

Yukiko:... Is this Supposed to be heaven

Y/n:...but why

Kanji:hey that's it remember her mother.... She probably really wants to see her again

Yu looks up as his eyes narrow then close as a memory runs through his head

Flash back

Nanako and yu are sitting alone at the table as nanako suddenly looks at yu

Nanako:big bro... Can I ask you something

Yu:yeah anything

Nanako:... Where do people go when they die

Yu answers with heaven where they can be happy as nanako for a moment looks happy before she thinks about something asking yu something he didn't want to be asked

Nanako:.. Do you think... I'll go to heaven when I die big bro

Flash back end

Yu runs past the gates

Yosuke:YU WAIT HOLD ON

Everyone goes to run after him as y/n stays behind and looks at the gate

Y/n:...the after life.... Huh
