Previously On, Divided Space;

Keith tripped over and Pico caught him, Keith gripping him in a tight embrace.

Embarrassed, Pico storms off into the nearest bathroom before starting to hallucinate, causing him to pull his gun out on Keith.

Darnell saves them and Keith slapped some sense into Pico.

Feeling bad, Keith invited Pico over to his house and played video games all night.

Strangely, there was a white silhouetted person at the campus.

Are they Friend, or Foe?

It was a weekend during the winter break, two weeks after the 'incident'. I didn't really have any friends while in high school, always getting mocked for my high pitch voice and natural blue hair, I kept to myself most of the time, not hanging out with anyone and just waiting for mum to get home from work, she always knew how to cheer me up.

But lately she has been getting home later, and later each night, I always wondered why, but I never questioned her. My anxiety and stress was getting to the point where I just couldn't take it much longer, I sometimes felt like ending it all, but I was scared. Always crying myself to sleep with my face in my pillow. My heart ached to just have someone, a friend, there for me whenever I was upset or feeling lonely.

I was in my room, on the main menu of Let's Sing, staring at it blankly. Mum and I both used to sing together in the living room, but she has been distancing herself as of late. I'm worried about her deep down.

"Hey sweetie, everything okay?" I heard a knock on the door, my mum was standing in the doorway with a slight smile on her face, she didn't look too good from the brief moment I looked at her before staring back at my screen.

"Y-yeah I'm fine mum. I should be asking you that." I whined, returning a slight smile.

She walked over to my bed and crouched down a little bit to level her head with mine. Still staring at my TV, remembering when she used to hug whenever I was feeling down. She used to give the most comfortable hugs.

"I'm sorry for making you worry about me Keith" She muffled under her breath.

"I have some bad news, but I don't want you to worry too much okay?" She sounded sad, my eyes widened as what she said got my full attention, and sounded important. I turned off my TV before turning my head to face her. My eyes started to tear up being the emotional wreck that I am.

"W-what is it mum? You're scaring me." I started getting anxious.

She stood up and left my room, walking towards her room from what I could tell, I got off my bed and followed her, now standing at the doorway to her room. "I'm leaving. I know it's sudden, but I need to go, I don't want to risk you getting hurt." She muttered, gritting her teeth and clenching her hands.

I noticed a suitcase on her bed. As if she had already packed it, she grabbed it and walked past me, making her way to the front door.

"But mum!" I followed her again. "W-why do you have to go, and how would you hurt me?" I called out confused, begging her not to leave, tears starting to run down my face.
