Michaels POV
I was watching TV like always when I heard the doorbell , I turned off the TV and went to the door to find my best friend Amelia crying on the floor "Omg Amelia what are you doing here are you okay why are you crying" I started to panic so I took her inside and sat her down in the couch "Amelia sweetie what's wrong please tell me" I said in a soft voice trying to confort her
"J-Jacob cheated on m-me w-with Anna" she said then burst in to tears even harder then before "Oh Amelia I'm so sorry why would he do that especially with your best friend" I said I wanted to cry so bad but I held it in to comfort her
I went to get her some water so she could calm down I have her the water and she thanked me and calmed down
"Oh Michael thank you so much for this I'm sorry for the bother I can leave if you want" she said to me as I cuddled her in my arms "No it's okay I get it you got cheated on you can stay" I said back
We kept watching TV when I wondered where he was with her friend Anna "Hey Ameli can you tell me where he was with Anna" I asked her "They were in his work office" she replied
I realized that the office had cameras and Amelia had access to them so she could watch them on her phone
"Amelia you can watch the cameras in there" I said to her "I know but use rather not I don't want to cry again" she said with a soft hurt voice
After a while it was 7pm I decided to shoot my shot and ask her something important I've had feelings for Amelia since 6 grade that's a long time I'm in college now and she's almost graduating "Hey Amelia can I ask you something" I said softly "Sure Mike anything" she responded "Will you be my girlfriend will you be mine?" I asked her nervously
"Really Michael?" She said in an annoyed tone "jeez you can just say no you don't have to be mean" I said in the same tone even though I es hurt inside "Of course I want to be your girlfriend I'll be yours mike if you be mine" she said a few seconds later
I looked at her with a surprised look and said "Wait really oh my gosh yes please I'm so happy" I said back smiling and all exited like a little kid getting a balloon at the park
I hugged her even tighter "Thank you for everything Michael I've been in love with you since forever" she said softly I softly put my hand on her cheek and rubbed my thumb in her dimple that she had when she smiled "It's not a problem my love I love you" I said back "I love you too" she said and I turned off the TV and we went to sleep together in our clothes
