Dream fluttered his eyes awake as he looked up at the ship ceiling.
"Bleh..." he felt sick.. he has a fever.

George just adjusted himself, slightly sliding under Dreams side- like trying to nuzzle under him.

"George-" Dream spoke with a stuffy nose... shit that rainstorm must have must have made him sick.
"F-fuck." He coughed as he sat up.

George mumbled as he rubbed his eyes.
"Huh... what..?" He looked up confused.

Dream was about to say something but he just coughed.
"S-sorry.." he carefully moved George away.
"I think I'm sick.. and I don't want you getting sick.."

George tilted his head confused.
"s-sick?" Mermaids don't usually get sick, they have a very high immune system.

"Yeah- it's where you feel like shit." Dream aggressively coughed.
"And I feel like shit."

"Mermaids don't get sick" George curled up next to dream.
"Unless we eat something bad.." he frowned.

"But still- you shouldn't be around me while I'm sick." Dream covered his mouth as he coughed.

George just shrugged.
"But Your warm.." he mumbled.

Dream just gave George an unimpressed look.
"Jesus I never expected you to be so clingy."
He had a sore chuckle.

George frowned as he scooted away.
"Sorry." He curled up at the edge of the bed.

"I'm not saying that it's a bad thing." Dream turned over to George.
"I just wasn't expecting you to be the cuddly type." He rested his hands on George's hips.
"You were so aggressive at first."

"I was scared." George tucked his legs to his chest.
"I thought you were gonna kill me.." he mumbled quietly.

Dream frowned.
"I'm sorry.." he mumbled.
"I shouldn't have threatened you like that before..."

"It's okay.. but I did hit my head pretty hard.." George rub the back of his head.
"It hurt." He sighed.

Dream soon kissed the back of George's head.
"Im sorry.. I'll never do anything like that ever again..."

George had a faint chuckle.
"Please don't." He pressed his back against Dreams chest.
"It hurt."

Dream wrapped his arms around the merman, pulling him close.
"Your skin is so cold.." his hand trailed against his porcelain skin that had a faint blue tint to it.

George just huddled into dreams chest.
"Mhm.. and your very warm.." he turned around.

"Only cause I'm sick." Dream had a faint cough.

George shrugged.
"Is the blanket dry..?" He looked up at Dream.

Dream shook his head.
"Probably not for a day or two.." he frowned.

George had a small pout.
"Okay.."he yawned.
"Can we go back to sleep..." the swaying of the ship was making him tired.

"Mhm.." Dream nodded as he rested his head
On George's.

"Yay..." George yawned.

The two eventually fell asleep again.

Sapnap whistled as he walked into the captains quarters.
"Dream-" as he tried waking up Dream he noticed him and George cuddling.

Of course there cuddling.
