episode 3

Episode 3:
A gooey mess

The scene showed the city at night soon the ALTERA building was seen the outside was as always lit up

The scene then showed a massive mess hall with hundred upon hundreds of young children with various hair colours and length's talking and generally having a good time however there was one table where a certain young hero was sitting all to himself

Steven in the mess hall and unlike the rest of the children's uniforms his was unique the other children wore white jumpsuits with black gloves and boots while his uniform was pure black with some slight grey highlights

Steven sat there seemingly in deep though however his thoughts were pleasantly interrupted by a Scottish voice he knew all to well

???: oi marek mind if we sit there?

Steven looked to his left where the sound came from and there he was the 14 year old unit of a boy also know as Douglas Gordon the black haired dark blue eyes and signature "madman" smile on his face and of course his blue and white uniform

Next to him was John wearing a white uniform with black markings he had a neutral expression on his face carrying a plate of chicken fries and sweet sour sauce with him

Douglas: what's this me best friend sitting all by himself t'is isn't gonna do mind if we sit here with ye?

John: Douglas don't don't bother him he obviously wants to be alone

Steven: actually I don't mind you can sit here

John seemed surprised by this and looked at his friend with a raised eyebrow

Douglas: hah hah I knew you couldn't resist to have ye bestie sitting with ye

The two sat down and began talking with their good friend

Douglas: so what's the matter why have you been thinking about?

John: is it about the events of last night?

Steven: more or less I've been thinking about the "renegades" as they call themselves

John: what exactly have you been thinking about?

Steven: why are they helping some random gang off the streets they seem to be giving them weapons and tools but why?

Douglas: honesty who cares t'what they do were gonna kick their butts sooner or later

Steven opened his mouth to respond but then a explosion followed by a rumble was heard and felt by everyone in the cafeteria everyone was confused on what was happening everyone but Steven John and Douglas

Douglas: you think that was...?

John: it came from the north west of the building so it has to be...

Steven: "*sigh* Dr. Miller...

The scene then cut to show a massive grey cloud of smoke as the shape of a person could be seen soon the person is revealed to be a young woman wearing a lab coat that had some burn marks on it and a pair of glasses on her face she had dark brown hair

Dr. Miller: *cough* *cough* well that could have turned out better

As the smoke cleared the lab could be seen a better it was a massive space with jars,beaker's,test tubes full of multi colored liquids

Dr Miller removed her glasses revealing her ice blue eyes she looked around her lab and smirked

Dr Miller: well back to experimenting

Before she could do anything the door to her lab opened and Dr Ana stepped in Dr Miller turned around and smiled however Dr Ana put her fingers on the brim of her nose and sighed
