For this one, I believe this could be an unlockable for reading every document that has a direct connection to Wesker. Essentially, it would be an option in the bonus menu, and, when selected, it would play a cutscene with Wesker summarising the whole thing. Then, a menu would open, with a few options, ala Ada's Report in Biohazard 4. For example:
Database entry 50: Claire Redfield.
Database entry 29: Chris Redfield.
Database entry 60: The Hive/Host Capture Force.
And so on. This could also give us a final glimpse of the human side of Albert Wesker before he becomes a power-hungry maniac.
